Thanks! I made a journal last time I was planning, but I want to try to not carry a bag into the parks so this will work better! I'm super excited start my packing list today... trying to not plan to over pack... but I always over pack, we are only taking one suitcase to cut down on baggage fees, so it needs to stay under 50lbs... *fingers crossed*

So I FINALLY decided on our costumes for MNSSHP... I haven't been able to decide... I have been going between making one like I did last year, using last years (expect I was a cave girl and it's fur ), or buying one... and it needs to be fairly compact to pack and light weight for the heat...

Hey all!

So I've been looking around trying to find the best deal on getting an entertainment book so I can get the Quick Shuttle coupon in it, it will save us $100... now they arn't selling them... they have the 2012 ones out they are waaaay more expensive, as they are new and I dont know if they apply to this year... so I need to figure all that out... pooooop

Also thought I would post a photo of some of the things I picked up today

Okies so I promised an update so here it is... although it'll be short as I'm short on time, I've got about 15 minutes before I need to leave ahh well I shall come back and edit later if need be anyways apologies for the hastily thrown together post I shall fix it and add some stuff in later tonight

So my weekend has been interesting... First of all I went to Metrotown, it's a local mall... second largest in Canada... it was crazy busy so I didn't even bother to look around much, why are people inside it was a NICE day GO ENJOY THE WEATHER... oh well I'll go in the middle of the day in the middle of the week hopefully that'll help. My bf's final took him four hours to write! So everything was muddled up a bit, he finally picks me up and we are driving in TOTALLY the wrong direction, eventually I figured out he bought the tickets for the wrong day. We were going out to another city when the tickets I had asked for were in my city... crazy kid! So we had to make new plans for what to do, and our final payment was the next day... long story short he lost his credit card don't know how he did it Anyways after running around Saturday morning trying to figure out how to pay we finally got everything sorted out so the trip is PAID!!!! oh and my travel agent has a 2011 entertainment book and she will give me the coupon I was looking for So we went to the casino for the show and we were gunna go in the casino for a bit before it started... and my bf didnt have two pieces of id on him cause he had lost his stupid cc he needed two for the show two, I finally told him to use his sin card as he had nothing else (again not sure how this happens I have like 6 pieces on me at all times...) Russel Brand put on a REALLY good show! He did try to make some Pickton jokes but no one would have it so he left that alone, also he walked around the whole theater which was cool, I was on the aisle so he was RIGHT THERE! So anyways the weekend had some highs and lows... and I keep thinking it's Monday very frustrating!

I've spent the last two days MAJORLY cleaning my room... seriously it was a MESS I got like five garbage bags of garbage out of it and three boxes of books four bags of clothes and a whole slew of other stuff to give to good will but my room feels infinitely larger now! woo~! Oooo another long trip I'm jealous of!

I'm actually starting to plan a trip next year where we fly into San Francisco and drive up the west coast stopping in Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver. My inlaws have been to Vancouver before and they really liked it. But it's good to know that we should drive back to Seattle to fly out of there instead of flying out of Vancouver.

My husband and I are talking about eventually moving out of the beautiful city of Chicago to another state and for some reason he keeps mentioning Canada! I don't think he's ever been there before so I have no clue where it's coming from. But anywho I hope to get a better idea when we do that trip next fall on where we would like to move to.

I love your costume idea! I don't know if we are going to go to MNSSHP yet or not. I'm so indecisive about this trip.

Hey! That trip sounds awesome! I've only spent a few hours in Sanfran however I will get two days there next year on my repo cruise down to LA I haven't been to Portland but Seattle is beautiful I wouldn't mind moving down there, except I love Canada Vancouver is a beautiful city, I get home sick when I go away, I always miss our mountains! If you have any questions about Vancouver I'd be happy to answer them

Hope Everyone Had a Good Weekend and Monday

I got out with my bf to go get some stuff for our trip, moleskin, sunscreen ect. I still have a few more things to pick up but almost done Saw The Help on Friday it was AMAZING!!!! Very worth while movie! And Saturday went to the Casino won $70 at roulette and blackjack gotta love casino night my friend, bf and I have decided we are going to Vegas early next year I spent today packing for camping... I leave Thursday but I'm SUPER excited!!! Shall be shopping tomorrow for some more things for camping, Port Alberni next weekend and for WDW of course

So as I have seen Fantasmic! both at wdw and at DL... and my bf has seen it in DL we have decided to gauge the crowds when we get there that night and we may just do some rides while it's on instead. Also we are not going to see Beauty and The Beast... so I do think we will be able to fit this park into one day and the one night I had planned so I need to think up something else for the 23rd probably just wing that day... maybe sleep in

Hope everyone's weekend was good! Camping was fun we had great weather, just missed all the rain, it POURED all day yesterday. I had to go for a blood test today and unfortunately my inr levels are quite high so my parents don't want me to go away this weekend... I'm not sure what to do...

I finished my dress for my costume today it is definitely tacky! Only 27 days left getting excited! I shall post another update soon and some camping photos when I get them all together

Only two days left to update on!!! and 24 days till we leave I am both excited and nervous... I keep thinking something will go wrong... it always seems to... couldn't go away this weekend as planned because my INR levels are too high and I have my first check up with my oncologist on Wednesday hope that nothing comes up there! Thought I'd check in say hi I'm getting SUPER excited!!! I saw the doctor today everything is looking good, he is going to run another CT scan and if it's ok I can have my Power Port removed!!! I'm both excited for it and terrified of it. Excited cause wearing necklaces isn't comfortable with it in and going to get it flushed every four weeks is a pain, but they remove it while your awake and putting it in was awful! It's my Dad's bday tomorrow and my bf's on the 7th so the next week will be pretty busy, I also have to finish getting our costumes together, pick up a couple things to pick up that I keep forgetting about, and arrange details on getting to/from the Quick Shuttle... oh get the the Quick Shuttle tickets... they should be out soon they said beginning of Sept I hate having to wait for the winter calender to come out.

I saw my TA yesterday, we are having a hell of a time with my medical insurance but it should be sorted out by the end of the week... it HAS to be She neglected to tell me that our flight times have changed slightly wasn't happy about that it's a good thing I went to see her before I bought our bus tickets to Seattle would've reserved seats on the wrong bus... anyways we get there about an hour later and leave a half hour earlier, the layover times weren't long enough apparently Got my us$ yesterday sorted it out how I need it according to my budget plans... apparently I'm too organized the lady at the bank nearly fell over when I asked for 45 $1 bills... I knew what I needed! I like the $1 bills but hate the fact that everything looks so similar it's odd to me! I am going to start organizing some of my stuff and then will start packing soon, I shall do some updates as I go with photos

ugh and my bf applied for a job at a large video game company, it's a really great opportunity, but it's in Irvine, CA, he wants me to go with him, and I would except immigration status and green cards are hard to get your hands on, so I both want him to get the job and don't at the same time... anyways he is waiting to see if he gets an interview

Hahaha I feel the same about the money. DH and I were trying to count ours yesterday and kept getting it mixed up because they're all the same colour. Glad you've got everything sorted out and ready! 8 days!!!! So close!! We're at 11, so not quite into the single digit dance.
