I would like to rent 20 points for Animal Kingdom or Boardwalk Villas or Old Key West. Check in April 6 and check out April 8. I am also interested in dining plan for April 7.

I have rented in 2010.

I checked studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms for the dates requested and there is nothing available

The availability is very spotty. Your best bet is a one bedroom in Kidani Village with a standard view with availability on the 17,18,19&20 you can be put-on wait list for the night of the 16th for a total of 142 points. If your dates are flexible this same studio is available on the 21st as well.
The studios only have two of the five nights requested. Let me know if the one bedroom is of interest

There is a one bedroom available at Jambo house with a standard view checking in July 9, checking out July 12 for a total of 100 vacation points for the three nights. Let me know if you would like me to reserve for you.

I searched all of Disney and there is no availability for all of the dates requested. Some had a day or two within that date range. The only resort that has the most days available is Animal Kingdom Kidani Village which are May 10,11,12 & 17th . you can be put on a wait list for the missing days (9,13,14,15,& 16), but there is no guarantee all the dates will free up.
