Certain ODV vendor carts at Disneyland and DCA(Mostly at DCA) will take cards...

other than that, everyone else takes credit cards except for attractions.

i know popcorn, ice cream, and hot coco i had to pay cash (used disney dollars) for last time. not sure about the others. may have changed since then.

yeah, the coffee cart at Disneyland has a credit machine now... There was room enough for it...

as for DCA, the carts are big enough to house registers. Thats why they now take credit cards because i guess they thought it would maximize sales...

Cool! I need to pay better attention to these things. Of course now when DD asks for something from the ODV, I can't use the excuse, "sorry sweetie, I don't have cash!"

well, you cant really tell that ODV accepts credit cards...

whats funny is when people give the ODV venders are credit card and they swipe, they are like... WOW, you guys take credit cards now? Im like uhhhh, didnt you hand the vendor a credit card just now?

But beware to take your cash ahead of time and not expect to get it from trhe ATMs at the park. Learned that one the hard way last time. All of the ATMs are the touch-screen variety, and they all sit out in the sun...so guess how effective they were?!? I ended up having to walk out to DTD by the pretzel shop for an ATM that would work!

Actually that isn't true there is one ATM that I know for sure is hidden completely out of the sun and in fact if you don't know where to look you will miss it. If you enter into Frontierland from Adventureland (or a quick left if you enter from Frontierland) you make a right past the restrooms and then take a right and it is hidden in a little part of the fort behind the water fountains. You will totally miss it if you don't know it's there.
