153 BWV Points for Rent

Hello,
I have 153 BWV points that must be used by 9-31-2004. I am willing to rent them at $10 per point if you take more than 100. $10.50 per point if less than 100.
I have rented before and can provide references, copy of my standard agreement, and other info.

Am looking to rent points for a 4 night stay in a studio at Beach Club in May 2004. Dates are pretty flexible...any week in May is okay except the 3rd week. Would arrive on Mon and leave Fri. If Beach Club has no opening, would be willing to stay elsewhere. Let me know if you can help.

I may be interested in 149 points from 9 May 2004. I am looking for a prefferd view at BWV or a room at BCV. I believe this would be 9 days.
