Since you are from Texas, I would drop San Angel. I ate there on my honeymoon because it looked so romantic. The food was awful. The waiter brought out the chef. When we told him we from Texas, he said he was sorry but that they have to tone down the food. He comped our meal and we ate somewhere else. The staff was nice and the place was romantic, but if I were you I would just get drinks there.

I think you made very good choices. Jiko is our favorite place to dine at WDW, so I am glad you are dining there. Have a great Honeymoon.
