sorry, Hes, but I'm afraid Walt Whitman Mall already gets too much of my hard-earned cash.
and we never made it over to GAPKids today. thought we did have dinner at California Pzza Kitchen.
I almost ordered the Thai chicken, but wound up with linguini in garlic-parmesan cream sauce. older dd had pasta with parm cheese, younger dd had pepperoni pizza.
Dudes, when A&F have those end of season sales I can do some serious damage to my bank account. I love living in Florida because I can buy summer clothes off the clearance racks and wear them all year long.
Not surprising for Abercrombie. Love the store (not that I get to go often since there aren't any up here), but yeah they do have high prices. They have some cool clothes though!
I worked at Abercrombie for 3 years, the worst I ever saw was a mom come in and spend $1800 on her 3 sons. Christmas time the average sale is around 200 bucks
Trust me, Glo, you don't want to go into that store. You'll feel roughly about 113 years old.
We do Secret Santa in my extended family since there are so many of us, and I just cringed a bit when I chose my 16 year old nephew last year. I just knew his wishlist would dictate me going into that store. And sure enough, he had to have a sweatshirt from there, and only there.
I guess its o.k. when you have a teenager and you walk in there, but when you are 38, a size 10, and you go in there alone, people look at you like you have 3 heads.
I spend a lot of time and $ in Abercrombie b/c I have a DD13 & a DS13. DD loves that store and the ohter A stores too. (Aeropostale American Eagle). I tease her all the time that she only shops at A stores & my nephew heard me & said "Hmmm that would only work at my house if their was an Amart" LOL.
