I think it does if you do it that morning,but Im not sure. Someone maybe be able to give you better info on that.

i was told only if you do it the day of your wedding but that may have changed

It was any "activity" that happened on the day of your wedding counted toward your min. If you had a brunch that morning or had "getting ready food", a dessert party that evening, etc. count toward your min, especially this part for the food and beverage. You cake counts as well. In addition, the MK photo shoot did count back in my day if and only if you did it on the day of your wedding. We did a few days letter so that we were well rested. Remember that you will have to be up around 3am if you have hair and makeup for a 5 am shoot.
