They are all booked... There is not a 3 night block available anywhere for those 2 weeks..

That's not available. But a 1 br at SS is available for checkin on 12/10, checkout on 12/12 for 53 pts.
Or checkin on 12/16, checkout on 12/18 at SS 1 br for 66 pts.
