15% referral

Looking to purchase DVC (SSR) for first time but was unsure whether to buy from Disney or resale. I saw the referral discount and I think that might be the best bet. Two problems though. 1. I don't personally know anyone that could give me a referral and 2. I have still seen resales at cheaper prices. Can anyone tell me why I should go with Disney as opposed to resale and if so is anyone (I hate to ask) willing to give me a referral? Also, does anyone know when the 15% discount is going to end?

One thing is that you will receive your 2005 UY points, alot of the resales I've seen are stripped down. Not sure how long the promo will last. Good Luck!

Another advantage for me was that many of the resales charge all maintenance fees for 2005. I just bought this week and I received a June use year but pay maintenance starting in November.
