That's how long it took my DS and DIL to make what it normally a five hour drive from their home at Holly Beach, Louisiana (not far from Port Authur, Texas) to our home in Rayville, Louisiana. Traffic was bumper to bumper and moved sooo slowly. I'm just relieved they are safely here - it looks like Rita may come right thru their living room. They only live a block off the beach. Only problem is, I think she may be following them home! Gosh, I hope not - we farm cotton and the crop is almost ready to pick. But with so many lives at stake that is only a minor consideration.
