15% discount with Virgin Holidays - Xmas day only

Just noticed that Virgin are offering the 15% discount on everything booked online today for travel summer '06.

Nope you can only have one discount apply and it is the highest one available that they let you have ie 15%!

I couldn't wait for Christmas Day to book as we were at DLRP and I would not have had access to a computer. We used the Flying Club 10% and were just grateful for that, but it seems that there would have been no advantage to us waiting so I'm glad I didn't. Sorry you didn't get 15% but like you said, having a new countdown is the most important thing!

What day are you flying out? We're going on 22nd March at 11.15am.

Well to get to the point i was wondering if i used it a third time to go virgin(wdw again ) would i get my discount or do i have to fly 3 times before it counts????????

You can get a 10% discount if you use your flying club card and book a Virgin Holidays package or flydrive, but there are no other discounts available for Flying Club members. The only discounts you can get will depend on how many miles you have in your account

If you have booked three holidays through Virgin Holidays, then you can also get a 10% discount but, again, it is only for packages/fly drives (not flight only).

It turned out to be 15% for 2006 and 10% for 2007 so we could have booked it with our Frequent Virgin Discount. However, it was worth waiting just in case it was 15%!

We're off the day after you, 23rd March at 11.15am.

We're already thinking about what we going to do this time, definately going to Discovery Cove and going to try and book another Illuminations Cruise which we'll see if any other DIS'ers what to join in with when the time comes.

Let the planning commence. (Its never too early to start!!)

We're thinking of an Illuminations or Wishes cruise, I gather you would recommend the Illuminations one seeing as you've already done one! We did Discovery Cove last time, it was an absolutely fantastic day. This time we are going to Universal, we've not been there yet.

We joined a Illuminations Cruise with Jason (WDW-UK) and his family. Apart from Discovery Cove it was the highlight of our trip and a fantastic way to view the Illuminations. If I remember correctly there were six adults and three children on board which was just right. We've never done the Wishes Cruise.

We love Universal and IOA, especially ET, Men In Black and Jaws!!

I have been getting my leg pulled, as I started planning next years trip BFORE I went on this years trip. I brought my 2 nieces and nephew two wonderful big toys a cat each from Rainforest cafe and a sea animal from sea world. Lauren promptly gave me her cold, not a fair swap i think.

Lol, its not just Disney I plan, but any holida. I have a list going right up to 2010 of places to go in the world I also always like to have a counter on the go for when I return from my current holiday for the next
