:bounce: Hello! I collect 14kt gold DISNEY charms and have one of many (Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Goofy, Tigger, Pooh, Eeyore, Tink, Simba, The Castle, Cinderella, Princess Aurora, Snow White, The 100 yr. charm, a special one with Walt given to very important employees, Steamboat Willie, Mickey's hat, Donald,Bambi, and Pluto). Wow- a small mortgage!
I am curious if anyone has also been as crazy as I and has searched for these charms. I am really hoping to find a 14K Dumbo. I also am wondering if there is anyone who is going to visit soon who could let me know if there are any new charms out there now.

Hi Charmed!

I have only one gold Disney charm, the flat Cinderella Castle, which I have worn on a chain around my neck almost every day for the last 16 years. I'm going to WDW in a few weeks and would be happy to take a look and let you know if I see anything new!:D

I am also a collector of 14kt charms (no pooh & friends). I am always on the lookout for these, but hey don't seem to make many different ones, normally see the same ones all the time.

Hi

I have Wendy from Peter Pan, but that's all. I know that there is also a Peter Pan and Tink out there. I've seen them, but never bothered to get them because I was only intersted in Wendy. Hope that helps :D

I, too, collect the gold charms. However, they're not for me. We have 4 DD's, and I have been collecting charms since each was born. I plan on giving them a bracelet on their 16th or 18th birthdays. It's a surprise! They don't know I've been doing this. Anyway, I have the castle and tinkerbelle for each of them. I didn't see a 100 year charm. We were there last October, and I'd like to get some! Where did you find them, and can I find them on line? Thanks!

I was mistaken. The charm I have is the 2000 one. It is a shame that they did not make a gold 100 years of magic one- just in silver. Randi

I had to reply to this thread - I collect silver charms (why, when I wear more gold, I don't know). I guess I got started nearly 30 yrs ago, when I first went down & my mom bought me a 3-dimentional Minnie that was "antiqued." I took her off of that old chain and added to my collection:

flat Mickey
flat Mickey head, the head is a globe(I have matching earrings)
3-d Mickey ears hat
1993 Disneyana convention (LE 2000)
flat Cinderella's castle
flat Sleeping Beauty's castle
25th anniversary
100 years of magic
large flat Mickey head (perfect for engraving)
Mickey head w/Oct. birthstone (purchased at the studio store
in Burbank).
mini class ring & the word "Disneyland" (not sterling though)

i usually wear them on a charm holder around my neck. Thanks for starting this thread! Who else collects charms?!

I have a bracelet with gold charms too. It's currently at the jewelers where he will attach my latest from our March/April trip. It's a Mickey sorcerers hat. I have Steamboat Willie,Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Goofy, Tinkerbell, flat MGM, Epcot and AK, Cinderella with a swishing skirt, Tigger and two others I can't recall right now:rolleyes: . I wanted to add a mouseketeer hat this trip but could only find the smaller one without the emblem.

house of princesses I love your idea. I thought of doing that for our daughter but she's just not much of a jewelry gal. Perhaps I should in case she changes but she's 17 and still only wears a couple favorites all the time.
