14 Days to use ticket???

If I have a 14 night stay, arriving on a Saturday and departing on a Saturday. And I also purchase 10 day park hopper plus ticket. If I go to a park on the Saturday of arrival, can I plan on going to a park the Saturday of my departure? Technically that would be the 15th day.

That was my original answer, but since I noticed the OP had "Park Hopper PLUS" tickets, it doesn't matter if they are "package tickets" or not.
