14 days for Christmas 2022 WDW, other Orlando attractions + Relaxing

My wife and I are taking our three Adult children, spouses and five grandkids (ages 10,6,6,4,4). While we would love to stay at a WDW property, budget wise it seems practical to stay at a 6 bedroom Margaritaville cottage and use their shuttle. While we are not on a tight budget, the cost difference between Margaritaville and WDW villas is just too much. We are thinking of buying a six day pass so we can have two days at the magic Kingdom and perhaps Epcot . We want to build in a few relaxing days, and visit Universal Studios, Kennedy Space CENTER, a water park, and maybe Bush Gardens.
Does our thinking make sense?
Suggestions? All the input I can get is appreciated

This sounds like great fun and a lifetime memory in the making. I think the Margaritaville Cottage would be wonderful for a family get-away. I think your plans make sense if this is what you and your family want to do. Six days at WDW, two days at Universal is eight days. A day at Kennedy is nine days, a water park is 10 days, and then Busch Gardens is 11 days. That leaves three unencumbered days. If day one and day 14 are travel days that leaves one day for just hanging out and full rest and relaxation. I would make a speadsheet and diagram things out getting a bit of input from all. The journey and planning can also be fun. (Other thoughts: Cirque de Soleil, a day to see the ocean/beach, the Alligator Farm, swimming with dolphins, The Blue Man Group, a Disney Tour, Mickey's Backyard Barbecue, hiking at Fort Wilderness, horse back riding, and/or Hoop Tee Doo Musical Review. We have done all except the horse back riding. The littles would love Hoop Tee Doo. Some of the others may be for more specific ages.)
