I found lots of stuff to eat while I was there in February. And from what I hear the chefs are all very accommodating. I personally like the buffets, because my daughters and I don't eat meat but my husband and mom do. That way we had more choices that we could all pick from!
Check out the hummus/broccoli slaw sandwich at the Harbor House in MK, it was really yummy!
The veggie burger at the American Pavilian CS restaurant was dry, but edible with lots of pickles!
The pasta dish at Cinderella's Royal Table was delicious! Way better then my DH and mom said their prime rib was.
Our next trip we're planning on hitting:
Crystal Palace (looks like there's lots of good choices from checking out the menu on wdwinfo.com and allears.net)
Tomorrowland Noodle Station (love the sound of the tofu/noodle bowl)
Princess Storybook lunch or dinner, there's veggie choices
Sci-Fi in Hollywood Studios, there's some kind of tofu dish that looks interesting.
The PP was right, check out the menus and don't worry, there's lots to eat! There's always side dishes if you have to! Take it from me, I haven't eaten meat in almost 17 years, it's definitely doable!
