13 year old boy at Hoop?

Hi there. Planning a 10 night trip in Sept. We have been many times but have never seen the Hoop Dee Doo show @ Ft. Wilderness. It will just be my husband, myself and our 13 year old son. Was wondering if anybody had input on how teens feel about this kind of show. Don't want to spend 2 TS credits on something that may bore him to tears.
Also, if we do decide to check out the show, any advice as to seating, show times, best way to get back to ASMusic, etc? Much appreciated.

We were the same way a few years ago. I think my son was about 13 at the time. He thought it was going to be stupid and ridiculous and boring and silly. Until the show started. By the end of the night, he grabbed the washboard from me to play along and tried to outshout us with the singing. He admitted it was a nice time.

I wouldn't expect a lot of enthusiasm at the beginning (he is a teenager after all) but I'm sure he'll like it once he's there. Plus, the food is all you can eat.

Well, he prob will start out not liking it, but by the end u might be pleasantly surprised. ESPECIALLY if they come to your table and the blonde girl flirts w/ him or hubby or something I'm sure he'd find that HYSTERICAL!

I think it's entertaining no matter what age- but 13 year old boys ARE a tough crowd
I'd say go for it. I think he'd prob end up having a good time.
