...

Hey you! I was wondering when we would bump into each other on the boards! LOL! Let's see... I ended up with 249 PhotoPass pics on my CD. I'm kinda bummed though. I didn't add any borders or anything to them before I had the CD burned in WDW before we left. I should have waited to buy the CD when we got home so I had time to add all of the extras online. So, how many pics did you guys have? Don't worry about the Boardwalk Meet. Only a few families showed up anyway, but we all had a good time. I'm glad you found the cell phone!

-Michelle

I just got my Cd as they just became avail with the boarders and edit.

We ended up with 140 some raw pics and almost 300 after I did some cropping and boarders. It took me 2 days to complete as i got tired of doing it after awhile. Had 390 from the new P&S from the Dec trip that about 190 were good enough to keep and add to DWs new Zune for her.

Thats not bad for people who don't really like their Pictures taken.

Again enjoying the TR.

Can you look at the photopass CD website even if you don't have pics? If so, do you mind posting or PM me with the link? I would just like to see how it works! Thanks!

Michelle,
I'm really enjoying your trip report. Before our trip I spent most of my time reading tips and looking at pictures. Since our trip I can't read enough trip reports. We were there in the middle of your vacation so I am eager to see if we were at the same place at the same time. I had read about the Dis meet at the Boardwalk before we left, but alas, I forgot to write it down :rolleyes1 so needless to say we did not attend.

I think I enjoy your report so much because your family sounds very much like ours. We too had a major family loss a few years ago and our family is very close. We really do enjoy spending time with each other. My girls are older also (although it is hard to think of 13 as old) and love Disney.

Before our trip I remember seeing so many people say that they cried at Wishes and I remember thinking why? It's just fireworks. Then we saw them and as I was standing there I thought "Oh my gosh I am one of THOSE people who cry at Wishes."

I'm glad you had such a happy trip and thanks for sharing. Oh, and I'm thinking Chocolate for breakfast = great mom.

Oh my goodness, I would have been crying too!! How wonderful for you!

I love your family pictures. You all look fabulous. It sounds like an incredible experience. It's so great that your kids are adventurous eaters. There's no way I could get my DS to try any of that food! I keep telling DH that when the kids are a little older and we can go off on our own we'll have a very special evening at V&A's.

Looking forward to more!

You guys are sooooo adorable!!!! And now you have made me wanna go to V & A's!!!! YUMMMMMY!

What a great report, Michelle. Even though I had already read about your V&A experience over on the GF thread, it just gave me chills. And what a sweet thing for the maitre'd to say and do!

Keep it coming! :thumbsup2

In our trip itineraries my mom (for as long as I can remember) has always included a blank page for each day. And she would write what we did and her thoughts for the day. As we got older, we each took a day and wrote in our thoughts and feelings for the day, this way she would have all five of our pov. Then on our second trip to Hawaii, I brought a composition notebook. I spent hours each day writing about EVERYTHING and had that puppy filled. Get home and can't find it. I've moved out since then and still haven't found it--I'm soo sad, and think it's why I've never filled out a whole tr since then--afraid it will get lost :(
Sorry to get off on my little sob story--anyways I think it's a great thing to have the kiddos do--then you see the same day through everyone's p.o.v.!
I've never had the chance to dine at VAs, and it was very cool to see your menu with your name and the date on it!!!
And Israel--he sounds so sweet--spending Christmas Eve with you as his family! The long stemmed roses sound so sweet as well--can't wait for your next dining experience. You all looked so nice, I love the dark blue ;)
I also can't wait for your next part of your tr!!

Wow!:cloud9:
Your perfect day sounds like a fairy tale! How wonderful the tea looked. Was the table covered in rose petals? Your girls are lucky to have a wonderful mama like you! What a wonderful memory you've created!:cloud9:

V&A sounds wonderful. I am such a foodie and will try anything. DH is so not a foodie. I guess I will have to wait until DS is old enough to appreciate fine dining, since he is a more adventerous diner.

I am so enjoying your tr! :flower3:

Can't wait to see the photos from the Chefs Table!

Love your report!! This trip sounds amazing! I would love to stay at Grand Floridian. I am such a picky eater, I could never eat at such a nice restaurant (I am also a vegetarian so that definitley limits my choices). In fact, right now I am eating spaghettios for dinner :rotfl:. When I am at WDW (just got back on Saturday) I mostly stick to kids menus.

You are doing a fantastic job! Keep it up!!

I am really enjoying your report. Thanks for putting so much effort into it - it seems magical to this reader! I'm looking forward to reading as the story unfolds:) !

Wow Michelle! That is AMAZING! Your dinner sounded fabulous and now ANOTHER ONE!! RRRR I should have booked Victoria and Alberts for Valentine's Day.. now Im sad! But still happy for you! and cant wait to hear all about it! :goodvibes Oh and I LOVE the spreadsheets you printed out for your kids. .. Could by any chance send those to me or tell me how to make them??? I would love to have that for my trip! :flower3:

I've only gotten to page 7 -- but I am enjoying your TR!!!

Thanks for sharing, now I gotta go back and finish reading!!!popcorn::

I agree with everyone else-Michelle this is a great TR that followed a wonderful trip to Disney! Eventually my children will be old enough to take to VA and I am sooo looking forward to it now!

LOVING this report..I have it saved in my favorite places so I can check in daily and get my dose of the magic you lived ;) the pictures and detail is amazing! Can't wait to read more~~~***~~~***~~~***~~~**

Oh my gosh, what an amazing day! The Tea looks like such a nice break form the parks, and what gorgeous up-do's you all received! And not one, but TWO dinners at V&A?! You all got the motherload of pixie dust! :goodvibes
