Has anyone else booked recently? We are busy planning our WDW trip for later this year but we are really excited about this cruise....we can't wait.

Hello All,

We just completed our booking for the 12/6/08 eastern.

The week before the cruise, DH, DD5 and I will be at WDW and on Friday, my DM will fly in and join us on the cruise. We are so very excited.

Here is our info:

Stateroom 8546 cat 3
and since we are west coasters, we have late dining.

I look forward to getting to know you all over then next 16 months.

Hi there everyone! Glad to see the group is growing! Dec 2008 is just too far away.... my kids keep asking when we're going on the cruise again (and of course, they have no concept of time....)

Hi there. Just wanted to check in for this cruise. We recently switched our reservations to this cruise, and we actually plan on sailing when the ship does!!

We went on the Dec 3, 2005 Western cruise and absolutely loved it!! We rebooked while onbaord, not sure if we'd be sailing in 2006 or 2007, then I got pregnant with my daughter born last November, which knocked out 2006 and made 2007 impractical. So we're set now for December 2008.

On board at the moment, we'll have me, DH, DS 4 (almost 5) and DD 2. We're still trying to talk other family members into joining us. We took the parents (both sets) with us on the last cruise as we celebrated our 10th anniversary. This time we've said everyone is on their own, but we hope they'll come along anyway.

Last time we hooked up with a group that we met through this board and we had a great time on board ship. It was really fun having ready made friends on the ship. Hopefully we'll get to know everyone here just as well.

If anyone has any discounted rooms, we're interested! With the growing family we booked connecting cat 6 rooms and can use any discount (to help save money for the photos!)

DS loved the paper chain we did before the last cruise. I think we started with around 35 days to go and it seemed huge. Nathan keeps trying to convince me that we need to start one for both our November WDW trip and the cruise. I tried to explain to him that that was not feasible...he just does not understand how long we are talking about.
