12/5 Very Merry X-Mas Party Refunds?

Due to a change in family plans we have two extra tickets for the Very Merry X-mas party Friday 12/5. Has anyone had any luck getting a refurnd on these tickets before? If yes who should I contact. When I call central reservations they have given me the run around and several non-toll free numbers to call. I have already lost $100 in airline ticket and don't want to waste any more than I have to. Any information on this would be matter is appreciated.

Last year I had to change the dates for MVMCP and they had no problem doing it.

My suggestion would be to call (407) 566-4985 (WDW Ticketing) and explain your situation. They might let you return them for a refund.
