12/5/09 -- DUMMY -- The Cruise Your Heart Desires Most ; )

Jose.png

Jose' Jalapeno.....On A SteeK! :lmao:

:lmao:
Please tell me that we don't have to dress like squirrels for dinner on this imaginary cruise.

No but it's mandatory to have squirrel magnets on your door!

OH, I have little brothers too. I know all the tricks. I can help.
Tell Mark he has to come. I owe him dinner.

:thumbsup2

Now that sounds fun.
Someone needs to pack a nanny in their suitcase.

Um....Taylor? She's 14 & is babysitting certified from the Red Cross! ;)

:rotfl:

Poor Cheryl. Mom always gets taken for granted.

Poor Mom!

"You guys" is the northern version of y'all.
Guys is gender neutral.

That's right! You guys are so smaht!!!

Like we could ever hide from Cheryl!

Well she certainly can't hide from us! We just need to look for her stunning platinum hair! :goodvibes

Hey Lisa.......my feelings are hurt. ;) :rolleyes1

Ha! Lisa just knows she's guaranteed some die hard drinking buddies till the bahs close! :dance3:

Good Morning! Survived the Ensemble Bonding! My girls finally went to sleep at 2:30 AM. We had 3 conecting rooms in a row and we were on the end, so we shut the door and finally got some shut eye. I had one little girl who was a little old lady, she didn't want to get into trouble! But on the whole it was kinda fun!

:lmao: I cracked up when I first saw that on this thread. :rotfl:

Glad to hear you survived it.. and had fun! :)

Okay What ever all you said and I would like to cruise with all of you again!!:dance3:

I have been busy helping DD get water out of basement.

We have had 7 inches of rain in less than 16 hours!!!

We are getting more rain tomorrow and than rain on Tuesday from Ike. It did not rain the entire 17 days I was gone so maybe the neighbors should pitch in for just sending John and away cruising all year long.:yay: :lmao: :yay:

And here we are right in the same state Ike made landfall and I barely get sprinkles. :confused3

When do you expect to cruise? 2009 would be the soonest

Where do you hope to go? All depends on the announcement. Kids will be old enough to appreciate Europe. My first pick would be another southern Caribbean.

Who would you love to cruise with ? Yall of course (man now I am sounding like Coral).

I resemble that remark. :rotfl2:

I would LOVE to go to the Baltic in 2010! I have wanted to go to the Panama Canal and Russia for years. Y'all (;) ) know how the PC thing worked out. Now I need to go to Russia.
After all, somehow I had over $2,000 left over from the PC cruise. Not sure how that happened. I think it was my spa budget but after ending up in severe pain (note to self- NEVER get a massage from a beefy guy- always chose the wimpiest girl) I decided not to give the spa any more of my $$$. My Dad also paid for stuff I was budgeting for. Gotta love Dad's.
I think this cruise would be w/out my parents since they are going extensively through the rumored DCL cruise on their world cruise they start in January.

I would definitely want to cruise w/ you guys!!!! Maybe by then the girls will be old enough that Bill and I could do more night time festivities.

squirrel, nut, road-kill which ever is easier

10ds would love nothing better then to be a *nut*. At his age he thinks the mere mention of the word is side splitting hilarious! I keep telling him that I am a GIRL.

DH loved that you were so quick with the info! And he immediatly caught *casino losses* under costs. :rotfl2:

Like we could ever hide from Cheryl!

That would be a challenge for her. ;)

Sounds good too:thumbsup2 :lmao:
DH and I have been talking about taking an adult-only trip to Aruba:woohoo:

We've only done short weekend getaways without the kids. We went to WDW for a weekend without them for our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a little weird, but mostly nice:cloud9:

Then this idea is perfect. DH and I would love to go away by ourselves (first 25yrs of parenthood we never gave it a thought... the last almost 4yrs, we think about it daily! :lmao: ).
Dh really wants him and I to do the F & W in WDW so, that we can *Eat & Drink* around the world! I really think it is so that I can steer him in the right direction after he has drank around the world! LOL! While I carry around my bottle of water! :rotfl:

That is our 17dd. :) She was born that way -- thank you, LORD! After our first 2 I needed a break in the *good teenager* department! :thumbsup2

Dh is twisting off to go to the grocery store to pick up beer so, I gotta run. For some reason on the weekends I am his sidekick. ;)

Actually got a package quote for May with 4 nights @ Holiday Inn $847/pp from LAX. This may be doable.

I'm hoping for the same thing with my kids. The girl has no trouble staying at the clubs til they close, but the boys, not so much. I'm also thinking they'll be old enough to be in a room by themselves. Then Linda and I can {gasp} share a room together on a cruise.

Expedia has this one for $850 roughly out of Newark, Thursday to Monday in May....

Nice hotel!

:squirrel:

I graduate in May!!!

K -- did I tell you that 10ds thinks you have *cool hair*? That is like the biggest compliment he gives anyone! LOL!

:rotfl: :rotfl: Yes Thank him for me.... The girls at the Paul Mitchell Temple school are all about "cool" hair.... (Which is why i went there for something different)

I meant to say though are you worried you may have another Paul, or Jose on your hands..:lmao: (not that that's a bad thing..)

OK Tina. THAT is one of the funniest things I've ever seen on the Dis.
I am actually choking, I am laughing so hard.

squirrel, nut, road-kill which ever is easier

Well, I'm qualified to be a nut. But there were a few morning on TOAL that I sorta felt like roadkill.

?

Too early I guess....

Premature squirrel.
Some things never change. :sad2:

:rotfl2: Think we could ask for Table 59 again?
Depends on the serving team.

:Who want's to bring the kids? That's what grandparents are for! :rolleyes1

Easier said than done for some of us. Not impossible, just difficult.

I love F&W!! Nothing like slowly circling the World Showcase eating and drinking.

I graduate in May!!!

Excellent! Now we have an excuse! Jolly Mike's Bling Bling Jolly Pirates Graduation Party!

DS likes his hair to look good for the ladies..... Preferably girls that are over 12. He told us that he really isn't interested in anyone under 13.....
Dh & Oldest dd are particular about how they look, also. The rest of us...not so much! :lmao:

When we were in WDW after the cruise dd says something about packing for her dh. I told her *He is a grown man. He can pack his own suitcase.*
dd *If I want him to wear clothes that actually match I have to pack.*
Me *Oh. With your dad I've never had to worry about that sort of thing.*
Did I tell y'all that dh had 2 suitcases and the rest of us each had 1? ;)

I agree!

Easier said than done for some of us. Not impossible, just difficult.

I thnk the reason dh has been thinking of him and I doing somethng is that now we have 2 adult children and one of them (dd) doesn't work full time..... We have never had anyone to watch our kids - my mom works full time and my IL's........:rolleyes1

My dh is actually negative on his as of last check. I may be able to snag us a timeshare to share though with my DVC points if i knew what week.

Hmmm.... maybe a few stacked DVC points..... Guess M can't play tho, she's not in THAT cult
