disneystyle......We sailed last year on the 1/3/03 cruise and the decorations were already down. I was hoping so much to see them but they had taken them down a day or two before.

Pirates of the Carribean
Calendar Girls
Veronica Gurien
Haunted Mansion

I can't remember the others. The one where the house is possessed for something, I think that Kurt Russell is in it or something is also on there.

Just came home and glad to be home. IT was a long trip. I'm actually writting a letter to DCL and CC it to DVC (who we booked through). There were some things that happened that should have NEVER of happened. Need to go take a nap and then go to a hockey game, but will write more later! Happy New Year to all!

Good luck with your letter Suzie! My experience is that if you are DVC you are treated differently (by that I mean poorly). I debated writing my own letter but decided why bother. Paid cash for this cruise, we will see if I am treated better.

I know that I wasn't happy with the way DVC handled the arrangements for the DCL the past 3 cruises, but didn't give it much thought about on ship behavior.

Probably should start another thread for this but since I am DVC and have an upcoming points cruise and have already done 2 plus paid for one what happened? I can't say that we were treated any differently on any of the three.

Ahhh Glinda if all goes well you are treated the same, but if you have ANY type of problem then you are an outcast.. DCL will not assist you as DVC only can and DVC apparently does not like to assist people.

OHHH! We never had any problems so guess that is why I never noticed anything. Since they promote DVC on the ship one would think they would try to keep us all happy cruisers.

Gosh! I would have thought that the DVC reps on the ship would be there to help out with any problems too. Those DVC payments are like a car payment to me. They certainly shouldn't give you the cold shoulder when you use them. Is this the same response when there is a problem at WDW?
