We are new AKV owners also!! We rented points for this trip to go and do some research to see if we wanted to purchase......welll Dh had a conference in Anaheim in November so we all flew down to Disneyland. Being from Alberta, DVC legally cannot give us any information or even talk to us about DVC unless we are onsite. The incentives were so good we bought AKV in November in Disneyland. This spring trip was already booked so dh and I decided to use it as a nice getaway for the two of us!We actually stayed at OKW for this trip but will be going back for our first trip home in the spring of 2010 once Kidani is open also.
We stayed at the AKL in Jan. I had booked a 1 bedroom value villa specifically witht the intent of checking the new DVC resort out. Somehow our reservation got lost between Disney central booking and the actual hotel, our room had been given away, so we were given a two bedroom suite in the regular hotel. A very nice upgrade I must say, although I never did get to check out one of those new Jambo rooms.
If he's willing to do that he can't be too much of a sissy boy. Or is that Mr. Sissy to me?
The Dig is the underwater aquariam at Atlantis. Not sure of all the details as yet. We will most likey do this on our own. I have heard it is much less expensive. If I could spell it, I'd tell you what the locals say Conch is good for.
