Hello to everyone!

Over Thanksgiving the Magic and Wonder were both near Castaway Cay ,
there is a link to the horn blowing contest between them, its really cool. I don't have the link but if you go to the main board it is listed. I was wondering if we are scheduled for CC on Christmas day and the Wonder is scheduled for CC on Thursday, will we see the Wonder sail by?

You guys are making me feel like I am really far behind in my planning and packing. We have snorkel gear , have FE gifts done. I had actually made the packing list this summer (I found the list this weekend) Everybody has some really great ideas. I would love to do some of that but as it is I will be just glad to get myself to the ship! I am really slammed with work and my dreams of a decorated door are not so good. I've only made 3 magnets! I was wanting to order this cute FE from ebay but it looks like I will just have to throw a stocking up there. I have done 3 Disney cruises in Jan. so I will take what I packed then and try not to worry about it. I'm flying in Friday morning and my husband is not getting in until midnight!
Anyway, I'm so excited!

I hadn't thought of that, but I bet they'll sail by! We were on the Wonder last year for Thanksgiving and had a day at sea when the Magic was at CC. We did a "sail by" and had a horn contest with the Magic - kind of like they did this year, only the Magic was actually parked a CC and the beach was full of people. It was so much fun. . . Since I got to experience it from the Wonder, I'd love to have the opposite view this year . . . how cool would that be?!! The Wonder is in Nassau on the 24th, Sea on the 25th, and CC on the 26th, so there isn't any geographic reason why they can't come see us! That would make my Christmas day. Thanks for thinking of it!

Sorry I haven't been around for a while. Thanksgiving break and all got a bit busy.

I will so need this cruise, if the 13 (school) days will be anything like the past two have been. Long story, ending in me being a little upset and stressed.

Robyn,,, We are swamped here, too. Too much to do and not enough time. I am tired constantly and yet we are up at all hours working. I am not sure how many days left. Hey,,,, Mermaidlove,,,, Getting excited?????? I knew it was going to be like this and it is not fun, the pre-cruise overwork. We leave on Friday(the 18th) and are staying at the Wilderness Resort. We have tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Friday at 4.
However,,,, I at least have the bananas. Hit it , boys!!!!!!

I don't think that I have yet mentioned about this. You can get pirate names at a pirate name generator. I forget the web address, but it is associated with gangster name generator. Google and you will find it. We got names a couple years ago. I am "Mad Willam Cash", Billy is "Pirate Tobias the Cash Strapped", Angela is "Cap'n Beatrice Skullcrack", and Kristen is "Voodoo Rose".

Yes I'm very excited as if I was on . I'm so tired , Pulling this together with only 3 weeks has me . But it's so worth the crazyness .This is our sixth Disney Cruise.

However, this is our 1st. Christmas cruise! Never have been on the Magic always on the Wonder, sort of doing that Wondering what the Magic will be and finally my family will get to experience it!

Oh Lord, I can't believe it's going to happen and very soon!!!!!!!!!

That's what's keeping me afloat! A bit more detail (that's still kind of vague), one of my students suddenly withdrew from the school system and I got another one in the same day. Both were sudden. I didn't get to say goodbye to the one, and no one in the county knew about the other until the student was registering for classes that morning. It resulted in a lot of stress because we didn't have enough interpreters in the school system so I had to alter my schedule so I could see all my students and interpret for this girl the rest of the day for three weeks. Then, because of the one student's withdrawal, that student's interpreter was suddenly available and was transferred to work with the new student.

That's the short, non-complicated version.

PS.-I 2 will be doing much needed cleaning around the house, lol. but still very actively engaged in the internet and on this board since I am still so very behind on stuff. I have to make sure not only 2 plan this trip, but also to purchase all other family and friends Christmas gifts since we will be returning on Jan 3rd, 2010.

We will arrive on Dec. 18 but staying @ a hotel around the Cape Canav. since the normally offer free parking while cruising if u stay @ least a night.

Wish we could stay @ 1 of the Disney World Resort so we can experience the Very Merry Christmas Parade since the last day for the event will be on Dec.18 but oh well, wont be able to enjoy it this year. Can't win them all!!!, lol

Hi Kiki,
Thanks for welcoming us. And yes I am a last minute person and that is on everything . I'm not good on planning vacations to far in the future, I honestly suck big time, lol. Until last week this cruise that we will be taking on 12/19 was a Trans-Atlantic for 04/2010 booking and sure enough something happen that won't allow us to make it and this Christmas cruise is the result of the change in plans.

Just finished looking @ the pics from the link u posted, and the ship looks amazing. I'm in ,. The pictures also gave me ideas on what clothes to pack. I'm having a bit of issues with my clothing, lets say I need to go shopping and buy new stuff-most of the stuff I have doesn't fit. I have gained about 25lbs in just 9 months and it's not because I'm pregnant! I was put on a medication for Osteoporosis and since then I have been blowing up . Anyways hopefully I will find nice inexpensive clothes to buy for this event
