Where is everyone today?? I feel so lonely out here

I know that lonely feeling been here plenty of times and just had a conversation with myself...good thing I like my own company

But we are never really alone in here are we

My in-laws are cruising too so I asked about the holiday gifts and here is the email I received.

The following holiday amenities will be available for the 12/14 through
12/31 sailings. All amenity pricing does not include tax. Please add a
6% sales tax to price.

Item 2041 Christmas Tree Centerpiece $75
Item 2056 Ocean Elegance (Floral Centerpiece) $73
Item 2057 Fritz and Floyd Sleigh Floral $45
Item 2055 Snowman Fan $32
Item 2023 Frosty Fun $38
Item 2026 Holiday Stateroom Decorations $30

A holiday flyer will go out with detailed descriptions in the Guest's
documents for the cruises that these amenities are available.

Thanks Kat for putting this back up...can you tell us who in this group will have a stocking to put a christmas card in...can you put a check or something next to the ones that do or dont?

The last three are the only ones I know of that don't. I ran out of stockings and time. I will put cards in the fish for those that don't have stockings.

Well our nice sunny days of 80 degrees has left us for today...we have rain and it is cold about 55 degrees...cold for us anyway...it may not be but sure love the rain...it is a nice change.

Problem however with the rain out here, comes lots of accidents, cause rain brings up all the oils left on the roads from never having much rain to wash it all away and the roads get slippery and people just drive to fast!!!

That's why I've been doing what I have been doing! DH says I am terminally organized, so I figure I might as well make use of it!!
He thinks the planning takes away from the fun of the vacation. I think it ADDS to it!!! That's why I love to do it!

I can't wait either!! Three weeks from today we will be at sea, heading south!!! DD will be in the pool every chance she gets. DH will probably be reading and relaxing by the pool (need to make sure he brings at least one baseball cap or his panama hat!!!). Who knows what I will be doing! But it will all be good and all be fun!!!

Bad weather here - expecting more snow tonight. What's up here??? Usually we are so mellow in the weather department.

Got my flu shot and two additional asthma meds.

So Susan, how's your arm? They said I'd be sore...not yet.

I didn't get any new medicine--not having trouble, but prescriptions expire and wanted to have meds for trip...ya never know! Plus, this time of year I usually end up with something going on...

I printed the list earlier today myself...

I feel like with MIL gone I can now concentrate on cruise planning and finishing up Christmas. My DH thinks planning ruins trips too...likes to be "spontaneous." While that may work with some vacations, not this one...and not Disney in general. And I'm like you...I LIKE the planning....

Yes, but you have your excursions booked, you would have ADRs at WDW, and you know what you need to bring for which nights (how many formal, etc.) I promise you my DH would just rather show up and figure out what to do when he gets there....that's what he calls spontaneous!

Is anyone planning on working out on the cruise? Last cruise I used the ellipticals a few times and didn't gain much weight. With this cruise being longer, I will be spending about 30-45 minutes each day that I can. I usually go around 2-3:00 and nobody is in there.

All the Christmas shopping is done (didn't have much to get since the cruise is the kids gift). Just need to print out my labels and send my cards. Did more packing too.
