I have to stop giving tests. I am tired of grading. But I'm about 1/2 done and only worked about 3 hours after school to get that far.

Susan...ONLY three hours? that's alot of time lol....was the test multiple "guess"? LOL! all my teachers call it that...

That is a lot of papers...I check all the homework in Michaels class every week...they have lots.. But were talking 5th grade not 8th...he has about 30 kids in his class...I have worked it out that starting nxt week another mom will help me and we will split it!

haha yeah they will....they will be standing in line at the guidance office to make sure they get you as their teacher

Lots of tests to grade. We finish a unit every 2-3 weeks and then its another test. It seems I just get done with one and its time for the next. Im a nut about homework and tests - if I assign it I have to grade it and get it back to the ASAP!! Hoping for a 24 hour turn around but it might not happen with a Veteran's day assembly tomorrow (again, I'm in charge of that too)

Anybody see the new Nordstrom's catalog. It came in the mail today - It seems there is a lot of skimmy and red - nothing in a size 16+

I was going to splurge and get a part of heels - I own none - but everything in the catalog looks uncomfortable.

That is great that you work so hard to get there tests back to them as soon as possible...a 24 hr turn around is a lot of work. I wish all teachers would do that...both my boys have Teachers I just love...well I like the math teacher but she has lost here GATE students and they are all complianing how board they are...other wise all there teacher "ROCK".
