Well sorry if this is not the right forum ....our Holiday Trip was from 11-14th, I planned each day with a "12 days of christmas" type gift giving

11th we got to the boardwalk at 9am checked into our room overlooking the lake and epcot, did a little park action, went to the DVC Merry Mixer filled up on Hot coco, had a fancy dinner @ Shulas, then off for a night of watching La Nouba with surprise tickets (great show i might add!)

12th awoke to a nice morning of a calm lake and enjoyed the view. Off to the magic kingdom breakfast at the bakery one last time before it goes the way of Starbucks. At 11:30 showed up at the castle. I rented the downstairs lobby so no one was in it they had one photographer in there for me, they had the christmas tree up in the lobby and had the ring on the usual rose platter with the slipper & ring but the whole thing was covered with a Christmas present box with her name on the top so it was the only present under the tree, we walked in the room and she thought we were just having lunch for the first time there.. she saw the box while we waited and said "oh look Cinderella's present"
The cast member said we would be waiting a few because Cinderella was on a "TEA BREAK" so i asked if we could get a picture with the tree (all part of the plan we came up with ) so when we got to the tree she saw her name and was like what is that? well at this point it was time to get down on one knee and lift the box and tell her it was a gift for her and removed the cover to pop the question.. well the rest is history of course then it was off to lunch. after that we did the parks some more, headed to Osbourn Christmas lights, then dinner at California grill.

13th breakfast @ Koussina, parks all day and then dinner at yachtsmen steakhouse after dinner it was surprise tickets to the MVMCP.

14th breakfast @ cape may off to some parks then over to Tiffany's for show n tell on her new ring and get it sent off for proper sizing ( the stores idea from the start so she got the WHOLE TIFFANY'S EXPERIENCE) then off to home..

I was able to get 70ish pictures from the proposal the photo cast member did a great job, in the end left with about 200 pictures from the days, well worth buying the CD at that amount of pictures! I can post pics if anyone would like

just figured I would share since i studied the forums for a long time before to get a idea of how to do it that hasn't been done (that i found)

Thanks!

Congratulations on your engagement! :santa: One of the best I've heard. I'd love to see pictures of the moment (and the Tiffany ring, of course!) :thumbsup2

Wow-that's awesome!!! Thanks for sharing those!!:goodvibes You guys are so lucky to have all of those photos to preserve the memory-good job!:thumbsup2

Wow, you rented the downstairs lobby? I didn't even know you could do that! My goodness...was it $$$$?

Love the pics, what a lucky girl.

I've been to Aulani, btw. It looks like a beautiful place to get married. Here's my trip report from last year with tons of pictures. I saw a wedding going on there on the lawn near the beach. It was very beautiful.

Aulani part of the trip starts on post #5, and the lawn in post #8 is where the wedding was held (or on the lawn close to it). In the following picture, the lawn at the bottom of the picture is where I saw them holding the wedding at Aulani. I took this picture from the balcony of the GV (while on the DVC tour).

My brother was married at the DL hotel. The rose garden is very pretty and their reception was in the ballroom. It was lovely.
