We are going camping for 3 nights..... I hope Eliza cooperates!

Have fun camping! Everyone have a great Fourth! We're going to watch our local township parade in the morning, then hit the road to visit my brother's family.

It looks like we are going to take the ferry to Ocracoke tomorrow. DH took DS there today while DD and I shopped and she had her horseback riding lesson. The guys didn't get home until 6 pm. We could use some house vibs and good thoughts. An agent contacted us yesterday and she and her fiance are interested in buying the old house. We met with them yesterday and talked. They don't want to negotiate since they are both agents...just wanted our lowest price. We gave that to them tonight and they will tell us their decision Saturday after they get back from a family 4th. Meanwhile another couple looked at the house for the second time tonight.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Camping went well. It rained (poured) two of the three nights...at least it was when we were sleeping! The tent did not leak...so all was well!

Jacob had a pirate party for his 5th B.Day. I made the pirate hat cake. It was pretty easy and he loved it! I also had another chance to fly my flag from our DD cruise!!!

Brandi, I think delivery for the 1st ship should be in 2011 and the second is 2012. Here's to a geek reunion in 11/12!

Actually I was just coming to post that the realtors who asked for the lowest price and then said they would have to talk to their lender because it was 5k more than they were hoping for called tonight and they accepted it!!! They can close in a couple weeks!!!

I am sorry that you are going through the stress, Angie. I know this isn't a fun time.

Lisa, congrats on the house! Our realtor is still hopeful, but we are just being Eyores! Email this morning said the buyers have until the 10th to make any addendums to the contract, otherwise it stands as is. She said she thinks they just want to pay less and are doing whatever to get that. We will see in the next couple of days I guess.

I dropped DGS off at the University this morning for a whitewater rafting trip. How fun for him! Tomorrow starts orientation. I cannot believe he is already heading out to college.
