Thanks Jordan! I guess that does mean Lisa got my email...I can't wait to get the link to check the website out.

Oh Lisa....please, oh please send me the link :rolleyes1 Can ya tell I'm anxious!

Lisa W :teeth:

I sent it out last night to the email that you used to send me the information. I just sent it to you again. You might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you add my email to your address book, it should allow you to receive my emails though.

OK, guys! I have gotten an offer to help create a design for the tshirts &/or buttons that we make for the cruise. I told them that we wanted an outline that could be printed out in either black or white, depending on the color of the tshirt that is used. What motto should we use. I know some of you can come up with some good ones. This is the last double dip after all. Let's hear some ideas! :)

Lisa,
I sent my info last night ... I'm sure you're really busy, but I haven't gotten the link either. Not sure if my issue is related to Lisa W's...but we're both really anxious!!! Thanks for doing all this.

Nothing else will be updated until Monday guys. Last minute trip to the ILs. They don't have access to anything.

Karen and Mark, It doesn't look like Lisa has had a chance to add your information in the website.

Lisa G., Hope you have a safe journey and everything is okay.....

Okay what are everyone's plan for the weekend? Just going to a New Year's Eve Service here. Trying to stay out of trouble this year...that would be a first. :teeth:

Well we did adopt our first dog "Sahara" she is a pointer mix. She is a wonderful dog with the kids. This weekend I have to work. I work both Saturday and Sunday till summer. My wife and I work opposite schedules so our girls have someone at home. Its great for the kids , not so great for my wife and I.

I had to add our new dog to my signature. I also added our cat and fish.
It is raining here today. Jordan where in Orange County do you live? I used to love it down there. We would walk around Balboa Island a lot. I also added a countdown time thats right on my computer now.
Mark

Hi Mark -

We added a puppy to our household the day after Christmas. Thank goodness DD went to visit her aunt - I don't know if we or the puppy would have survived it if she didn't! At some point, I've got to get her picture on here - she is a chocolate Lab/Poodle mix - a "Labradoodle" - which sounds ridiculous, but she is as cute as a button.

She is chocolate everything - fur, nose, eyes! We are having the challenge of trying to get her housebroken this week while we are both on a stay at home and recover from 2005 vacation. Just went out and bought one of those new "spot-bots" from Lowes to clean up carpet accidents, and it sure has come in handy!

Happy New Year everybody!

John

Dennis and I bought 10 day hopper passes that never expire this year. We only used 2 of those days, so we have 4 days left for 2006 and 4 days for 2007.

Man, you are set! I am bummed because had I known we were going again (possibly) in 2006, I would have done that too and gotten a great deal on the passes. This year we just bought 6 day hoppers. I guess my thing is that if I bought the no expiration date, I'd have to make sure I don't lose those passes over the next year or two... which I have been known to do (misplace important docs... re: the whole birth certificate fiasco from 12/10).

Sigh. Too late now though... maybe next time.

Our hoppers are with our birth certificates. I have to be sure to not loose those since Orange County, CA now says they find no record of DH's birth. :confused3

We are just doing an early dinner (5:30) with some friends and then home for a quiet evening. Last year I did not even stay away until midnight. We'll see if I make it this year.

We just adopted a new dog too. I already have a 9 month old (I believe a rat terrior) and he needed a friend so we went to the animal welfare and the kids picked out a new puppy. They believe he is a corgi mixed. He seems so sweet. The kids picked him out and I adopted him last night. He was ready to be picked up today so dh and the kids just picked him up. (this was the first dh saw him) Dh called me and told me I was crazy because he thinks the dog is ugly. The poor dog was so scared in dh car he was crying. My ds told my dh it was because he said the dog was ugly and he needs to apologize. :rotfl2: I will have to post a pic if I can figure out how to do it. I think he is pretty cute and the kids think he is adorable. I am sure we all will love the dog!

I am currently dogsitting for a puppy. They are almost like small children--they need ALOT of attention. You also have to watch what's going in their mouths. It seems this puppy I'm watching likes eating pretty much anything.

Mark,

I currently live in Garden Grove. I went to UCI and my 5th year I lived on Balboa Island on Park Ave about 3 blocks from the ferry. I used to take my books and go to Newport all the time. Didn't get much studying done.

I used to work in Pleasanton and also Pleasant Hill. Oh and Fremont, South San Jose and Sunnyvale as well.

Yeah I told my kids today to make sure everything is picked up. I am not sure how this puppy will be. I was lucky with my first puppy, because the only thing he chews is polly pockets and barbies so that is pretty easy to make sure that it is away. He'll take other toys but doesn't chew them. Usually somebody will be home with the new puppy. Dh and I work opposite shifts. They do need a lot of attention. That is actually why we went to get the second puppy, because my first always wants to play. When I was dogsitting he seemed so happy to have another dog to play with. We play with him a lot, but even when I am cleaning and cooking he is right at my feet if nobody else is home. I feel so bad for him when we can't play with him so hopefully the two dogs become good friends or I'll have two dogs at my feet waiting for me to play with them. :rotfl:
