I did have a question for you guys that is actually related to the trip.

I need to buy some earplugs or some kind of ear protection for DS. He complained last time that the deck parties were too loud for him and as a result we ended up not being able to be in the middle of the fun. He still remembers how loud it was and he is very concerned. Does anyone know if Wal-Mart or someplace will have ear plugs for his age or does anyone have any other suggestions?

I know they have earplugs (saw them yesterday) but am not sure of the size - the foam ones can be cut - I could mail you some from work and you could practice with them - PM addy if you want some

Thanks I didn't think of that. DH has an appointment with our doctor tomorrow so maybe he can check if he can remember.

I still want him to be able to hear the party (and of course us as well) but I just want to lessen the loudness of the music so he will be more comfortable.

V - I did have a dining question for you since you will be my tablemate. On our other cruise we had just a tabe for 4 so it was not a factor but I was wondering how this works with a larger group.

I know you can order multiple courses for dinner but last time I think we usually just ordered an appetizer or salad, entree and sometimes a dessert. This time I was hoping to be a little more adventurous (or piggy depending on how you look at it ) and maybe ordering an appetizer and a soup/salad just to try some more things. If I ordered 4 courses and you guys just wanted 3 courses how do the servers handle that? Does it slow down your service because I wanted to try a soup? Does this make any sense at all?
