I am acctually kind of scared to go away today. How much will I have to catch up on?!?!?! I can take solace in knowing Friday Night Chat should occur and keep the posts down for a few hour and Kristina and Brandi will be away from the boards too for awhile , but what about the rest of the time??

At what age did you leave your child alone for the first time??? This was a heated discussion last night during football practice.

DS was 7. DD might be 21 when I decide to let her.

But the struggles I go through to get a brush near Samantha I may need to rethink that!

Yes brushing is a big pain in the you know what! Her hair does look cute but it is a battle everyday. Somedays she is more cooperative that others. DH is much more attached to Allie's hair so I told him that he can do her hair most mornings or he risks me getting so fed up with the battle that I take her to get it cut. DH does her hair probably 70% of the time now....

LOL! When I showed the pictures to DH I said you know...the Captain. DD had to run over & kept staring at the pictures and rubbed her eyes. She just can't get it.

ACK!!! I was catching up on posts over breakfast with bleary eyes, but this post woke me up. I was planning to send Lisa pics of our family for the website when I emptied my memory card, but now I'm not so sure. Although maybe there is nothing to worry about, I bet you won't even know how to pronounce Tana, much less yell it across the terminal. (see my dark shades, I'm icognito smiley).

That's OK. We will write your name & your family's on a card & hold it up while we yell it mispronounced until one of them comes over just to shut us up.

DD has decided to do the wild side on sunday with kristina's DD. she finally has gotten up the nerve to email her. I made her reservation for sunday. I changed the string ray excursion to noon to 1 for myself, DH & DS. do you want changes like this or should I email you? also, should I resend a picture of the family to you?

now I need to find someone that DS can get to know prior to the cruise. although he is very outgoing and will not have any problem making friends on the cruise.

There's a restaurant in Elysburg that can accomodate us around 5 or 6 pm. It is called the Garden Terrace. It's right near the landing strip/airport for Elaine and right near the park too.

You can look them up through yahoo yellow pages.

I've never eaten there but seen the place but hey it's in the right place (unless we want McDonalds' )

Anyway i need someone to find out how many of us can do it (BRANDI) and i'll call the restaurant back tonight or tomorrow AM.

Oh they have american fare/Italian and have kids portions and such.....

I showed DD & DH the pictures. both of them were awestruck. when I was showing DD, I mentioned he was going to be on the cruise. DH said how do you know? Someday he will get the idea what I am doing on the computer.

That new water area looks amazing! But I can't believe you like the Roller Soaker. That is just a torture device... Rode it the only time when DD was 7. She got scared after the first hit of water, so I had to try to lean over and block her from getting blasted. So I got hit full blast in the face with the water-- and I couldn't see where I was so I couldn't drop my bucket efficiently.

ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh.....I thought that was great! We love the roller soaker!
