We just got the PC Brand in our stores. It is an upscale private label brand. I can't remember who distributes it, but it is available to independent grocers as a quality non-brand grocery.

We have had PC since it began. When it was just chocolate chip cookies, . It also has a bank under the PC label too. Now the Loblaws stores, where PC started, and no frills, Loblaws discount stores, carry the PC, a yellow label no name and one or two other brands through out the stores. It was line of products that were picked by the President of Loblaws that he found on his travels, there are some really awesome products in the PC line.

I'm trying to use my Palm T/X to keep up while I'm out. It's difficult. DH & DD are in the grocery store...oh no they are back...its pouring rain here.

Oh, we are pathetic! DISing where ever we are! Now sneaking a quick DIS in the parking lot!

Really bad thing is when they all piled into the car - okay well even before that - I was trying to use the stylus to write fast and I wasn't reaching over to open the car door quickly enough (remember it was pouring). Then when DH got behind the wheel I said "WAIT!!" He looked over at me trying to manaeuver the thing and I said "You can't go yet I might lose my connection. Just wait one second. Wait one second"

Oh I can't believe I told you guys that never mind actually did that to my DH and DD. I think I will now run to Starbucks to get that pumpkin frappachino. They won't know what a freak I have become. Starbucks is my friend.

Everyone thank you so much for the support!!!!!!!! My comp crashed last night and I gave up so anyway you know I slept NONE and at 4AM I went and did the second preg test and sure enough 2 LINES!! I am not ready! I am not ready!! So NO one knows it is confidential except for DH myself and oh thats right ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I think that on the cruise there will be a BIG announcement one night for the family at Dinner so Everyone remember that my family will not know.... So please give me ideas on how to Spring this info especially on my Parents!
I really did give away everything for infants all ready except the crib of course. Since I am an EI Case Manager for kids B-3 it wasn't hard to disperse all the baby goods. I am so glad I found this group because my secret is safe and I have all of you to talk too!!

Congrats April...I'm just now catching up. That is wonderful news.

Not many like that! It really was amazing, first that not one family member from his mom's generation ever mentioned it. Different times. Then that the aunt finally "told us", without "telling us". Then that we were able to connect so easily since her mom had given her so much info. She had posted on Ancestry.com with both of her birth parents names and so did Dennis' younger brother, then she found the match.

Glad to see that DH and I aren't the only ones with live people in the closet (instead of skeletons.)

My DMIL passed away from cancer in January 2005. I always thought something was a little off with her side of the family. Well during her hospice care, we come to find out that her visiting nurse was also DH's COUSIN. (We knew that a DA gave one child up for adoption same age as DH but that DA also had another child same age as Dh's oldest brother.) We came to find out that DH even interned under the new found cousin's DF and had ate lunch at their house occasionally but had never met the DC. (OK weird creepy)

OK more live bodies....

Apparently my DH also had a DA who he never knew about either. She had even worked with DMIL for years and DMIL never mentioned her.

All our new family member are really nice. Glad that we got to know them. (Not glad how we found out though.)

Well DH banished me from the boards yesterday when i got home from DD's state baton championships.

DD's Poms team took 1st place

(Really exciting considering one of the girls broke her foot and they had to learn new formations just a couple days ago) What clinched it was that the team (who took 1st from them in the last comp 2 weeks ago) before them messed a few things up with their routine and one girl had even left one of her poms of the ground during a formation (when she should have picked it up).

DD's Baton team only got 2nd place though.

(Some baton drops on simple tosses dropped their scores.) At least they placed this year. Her group is mainly all kids newer to twirling and they didn't do so well last year.

How cute! It looks like there are about 10 people on that ship. Is that realistic?

According to the camera time info it was on Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 (though it could have been 3:30 with the time change. Things like that aren't really advertised. They just show up. If you call the PALS line you will know they are coming though. Some people were in their chairs and in the Goofy Pool though.

John, our local Fred Meyer has the President's Choice brand as their store brand. Are you connected to them? They were bought out by Kroeger a few years ago.

As does our store Super Fresh.

I thought that it was familiar & checked with the Harris Teeter site. They carry it out here.

I don't think Knoebels is open this coming weekend. I was on their website and it isn't even showing that they are open.

I have to figure out where this park is, and how far from us it is . . . how far is it from P-Burgh? It takes us a little over an hour to get to there. Maybe not the time you guys are going, but I have heard so much about that park that I really would like to see it.

Probably easier to come over RT 80, john. Get off at the Danville exit. (hotels in Danville) It's about 15 minutes from Danville (south Rt 87 i think)

Cool! They have a brass ring carousel! The one In Ocean City, Nj stopped doing this awhile ago.

Yes it is one of the oldest brass ring carousels with hand carved wooden animals. (they've shown it on the travel channel before hint, hint)

DD got the brass once and i did too. (they give you a ticket for a free ride on the carousel and announce your name )
