Well, I am starting to get tired and at this point I don't want to work thru it. I hope that I can get the kids to school on time. I can always make their lunches later & take them to the office if we are really rushed. OY! Night all!

Wondering about Brandi's drive to the Outer Banks, since so much of Southeastern Virginia was flooded. A lot of people who drive from the north to the OB go down I-95 and then go east on I-64 at Richmond, head to the Hampton Roads region and then south to the OB. That area between Richmond and Hampton Roads (Hampton, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth) was hit hard with rain and flooding.

That is the way we go. Yes it was hit hard with rain and flooding! The highways weren't too bad..other than the branches and tree clean-up.

Caroline - is Dh from Egypt?


I lived in SAfrica for a year when I was 15-16...was such an amazing experience.....I apparantly never studied geography though...I went over fully expecting a few day trips to Egypt!! Even if it was so far there were so many sanctions on where you could and cound't go it didn't matter. I had to fly to Germany and then to SA...no direct flights then either.

Good Morning!
Do most of you hit the adult clubs in the evenings? I know at least one of us will have to stay in the stateroom while the kids sleep but I thought maybe a few nights DH and I could take turns heading out to the clubs. As long as there are a few DISers there to hang out with it could be fun even by ourselves.

December can not get here quick enough....

DH and I signed Eliza up for one night at flounders...figuring she will be asleep in her stroller. Then we can hit the clubs together. Otherwise we are up for taking turns!

The girl that lives next us, she is in fifth grade, tells Sophia that she is fat all the time. So Sophia is always asking us am I fat, Michelle says I am. Somedayhs i just want to go and get that little girl.

That stuff makes me so mad! I hate how mean little kids can be!
