I have a little here. Not my DS but my DD!

The kids are watching Backyardigans and this is a episode. They were saying Argh! and my DD just had to join in. She has been sitting here just saying Argh! over and over! She will be prepared for pirate night!

Sit back and look at that little face in my sig and just picture little arghs and not laugh a little. I dare you!

I really hate to say this, but I know the show, and remember that episode . . . sigh . . . I have watched quite a bit of the backyardigans, and all those other shows . . .

The picture of your little girl going Arggggh is too funny though!

Just ordered pizza for a late dinner - too tired from working outside today for any cooking . . . Amy has recovered from the golf outing - her migrane has gone away for now.

We are watching DVR'd episodes of the "Dog Whisperer" . . .

Anyone else with dogs like that show? We want Ceaser Milan to come to our house. We are the dog yellers!

I am still around. The backyardigans are over now and I am just procrastinating at getting the kids in pjs for bed. For some reason they are not complaining!

While I am lurking around here I am also indulging in my other addiction. Sweet Tooth on Pogo. Having two addictions is really not a pretty thing.....

Oh well, got to go and get the pizza . . .

I think I caught up fromt his morning, going to try and watch a movie with john2, the girls are in bed....TG!
They absoltuely DROVE ME NUTS today! No naps so hopefully they will sleep in tomorrow.

DS is finally clean (got in at midnight last night from the parks, so no tub, even though he needed it!)
Made chicken enchiladas and salad for dinner tonight... but didn't get to exercise today.

Chicken enchaladas are DH's favorite meal. They are really easy to make!

I had NY strips thawed & marinating for dinner and when I was watching the Magic leave PC this afternoon before throwing them on the grill, DD ran in & told me that we were going to Applebee's. Well, except for the time we went out to dinner with John's family when they were here last month...I don't remember the last time we went out for dinner. I had the triple Mexican fiesta meal. The salad was delish! It had a quacamolie (sp???) dressing & was so good! The flat beef enchalada was good too. I only ate half of each...and haven't touched the key lime pie yet. Tomorrow it will be back to the salads & potatos.

Can I ask for your chicken enchilada recipe? I have never been able to find one I really like.

Literally just tried this one for the first time tonight, and the family liked it (DS didn't eat it, but he had just had 2 yogurts waiting for dinner). It was getting late and I had some leftover grilled chicken breasts, so this came together quickly. It's just one of those campbell's soup can recipes.

Thanks for the offer. I do have a Papa Johns just around the corner. Their webpage is in my favorites section. It is so easy to order online and it is fairly quick but I have to stop that stuff. If not I'll roll onto the ship!

Guess everyones out & about...

Well i survived another Baton/Poms Competition.... Our next one isn't until Sept 9th so we get a break for the next few Saturdays then have 4 weeks in a row then we're done for the year.... DD says this is her last year but we'll see.

We were up in Thurmont, MD today so i ran up to Gettyburg outlets for a quick BTS shopping trip. Lucked out at old navy.... Got DD a couple polos, two pairs of jeans (they were only $16.99 each), a nice blouse (makes her look so grow up), and a couple other things....

At the Big Dog store, I got DH and I matching shirts for pirate night. They are a parady of POTC. And say Big Dogs of the Carribean (has a dog biting the crossbones) and says under that DEAD DOGS WAG NO TAILS.....

i thought it was cute.... (guess you gotta own a big dog to understand)

I really like Big Dog...Those shirts sound great!

Went to the Disney Store yesterday and found a cool pirate shirt. I bet that I won't be the only one wearing this though.

We went to the outlet mall today and did a little Christmas and Cruise shopping. I had a salad from Johnny Rockets for dinner but chased it with a milkshake.

The CC gift looks unbelieveable! I hope it doesn't change before we get there.

Did you know Build a Bear is getting Pooh?

I'll have to tell my DW...She loves Build a Bear! On our last cruise she took Dia (one of her bears), and I tease her that the bear had more clothes on the cruise than I did. It was a real icebreaker for meeting people, strangers would come up and ask what the bear would be wearing at the next meal. She was formal on formal night, in gear on night, in outfits for character meets and in her swimsuit and shades for cc!

I want to get my kids bears but I want to wait until DD is a little older so she can help pick out what she wants. I don't want to wait too long though or else DS might not be impressed.

Both kids have taken their bears with them on the first two cruises. Here are a couple pictures of DD at 3 with her friend on formal night and in the room earlier.

The little bear she is holding was a gift to all the kids from a fellow DISer from Canada.

Becka, DS got his in TX when we were visiting DH on a business trip. I took the kids to the mall one day. He was 3 months shy of 3 at the time. DS really enjoyed it. He picked out the blue backpack as his accessory because he was going to PS that year & had a blue backpack too. When we were in VA and saw a store DD was almost 3. We thought that she would like one too. Well, we had to wait in line so long because of a party that she completely lost interest & I just gave the bear to the person to finish up. We didn't get anything for her bear. Now she has decided all of a sudden that she doesn't want her bear to be naked anymore. We looked at the site since there isn't one less than 2 hours from us and their shipping so SO reasonable. Well, we saw the princess costumes & she decided that she wants the Sleeping Beauty one. DS thinks that his bear would like some clothes too & picked out a soccer unifor. I haven't ordered them yet because the deal was that they had to be good for two weeks.
