becka said:Well gang it is getting late and I am tired plus DS is STILL awake and lately until everyone is in bed he doesn't seem to fall asleep. It seems we have a shadow living in his room that will not leave. DH and I are tired of the shadow and I don't think DS thought we were taking him seriously enough because he went crying to his room that he was going to Grandma's and was never coming back home.Poor kid... He has a nightlight and the hall light is on, we have tried all kind of tactics to make the shadow leave but apparently he is stubborn. I don't know what else to do. DS has never had a problem being afraid of anything so this is new territory for us. I expected this kind of stuff from a 2 year old not a 4 year old...guess I don't know very much.

kimerinc said:I recommend "Monster Spray" or "Shadow Spray" it did wonders when we sprayed it in DD's room and then gave her a bottle next to her bed in case she saw any.....

kimerinc said:Hi all! I am going to try to stay up later tonight. Unfortunatley for me, the viral bronchitus turned into pneumonia dispite my best efforts. DH and my entire family are on the adventure, so I have been saving all my energy for her and go to bed as soon as she does. I hate pneumonia! Stupid lungs, I asked for a transplant and the dr looked at me like I had lost brain cells..
I don't like chocolate (yes I know that is horrible to say)

kimerinc said:Would that be a baseline picture or a regular picture?
87Heel said:So sorry for the pneumonia; that's miserable.
But had to laugh about the chocolate. DD13 doesn't like it either; never did. People look at her like she's crazy.
kimerinc said:People look at me and I can see in thier eyes "then how come you aren't thin". My response is usually, well I like everything else, so I can more than make up for it in the Ice Cream food group..

kimerinc said:On this same topic, was it weird that they only used thier forearms and never anything else? Also, were the books in the room designed to scare the ()*&(* out of you? I didn't even know I was supposed to be scared until I read the pamphlets...
