When will you be able to tell him about this trip? Before December hopefully? Do the girls know?

He does know about it. I told him when I booked it and bring it up once in awhile. The girls definately know! My problem is he is not a planner like I have said. He always says "you never know what will happen." I did talk to him more extensively about it a few nights ago. He wonders why we can't just worry about it until November. I told him because it would cost a few THOUSAND dollars more!! Don't worry. I told him how much we need to get away together, etc and that we are going. He said that he may be going to Egypt by the end of this month, so I will have it all hashed out by then. But see what I mean? He talks about going half way around the world and he won't get a ticket for it til less than a week of when he actually leaves! He thinks I am crazy though, Disney crazy that is. :mickeyjum :donald: :goofy: :dumbo: :tinker:

Thank you for the b-day wishes for DH. And yes, he would think I lost my rocker if he knew!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Just FYI Lisa, I DO think I am going to rent a Tux this year.

Tell Mike!

John

I may rent a tux for DH this time also. But only if he can wear if more than 1 time and I can find something suitable to go WITH a tux! :teeth:

OK how different are SPANX from regular supportive stuff? I mean they cost about twice as much but are they worth that extra amount? :confused3

I was wondering the same thing. Can they be found in stores?

Ok, I am getting my :donald: :donald: :donald: :donald: finally. I made dining ressies for the week prior to cruise this morning. We are at Tony's Town Square on Monday, Coral Reef on Tuesday, BOMA on Wednesday, Les Chefs de France on Thursday and Le Cellier Steakhouse on Friday (which will be lunch since we have a DIS commitment at 8pm!) :Pinkbounc Feels good to get that taken care of. Now, I just need to reserve a car with Budget to get us to the port.

Well another day....DH has a ball game tonight and I actually thawed out hamburger meat for tacos!! Whoo hoo!

Poor Haley seems to have a cold...no fever but the runny nose and stuffy at night bit, she woke up at 3am and 5am...VERY unlike her. Luckily John is off today.

I am about to head to lunch... I need to get out of here for a little while. John I think we are going to rent a tux from the cruise co....gotta take DH's measurements!

I am trying to go through the girls things...they have so many party dresses it's unbelievable. My mom used to go to a speciality boutique and they would be 1/2 off and she would clean them out!

They provide 2 shirts and DrHug wore his both formal and semi-formal nights.

Oh, by the way. I love your name. Caroline was my Mom's name. She was Caroline Rose.

Thank you! :goodvibes It was my great-grandmother's name. I never really liked my name growing up though. I think I met one other Caroline the whole time I was growing up! A few Carolyns. Now I hear it much more often with little girls. There was one on my DD's soccer team and it felt funny calling to her. I still get Carolyn alot and my DH's family and friends say Carolina! I'll anser to pretty much anything except Carol. Had a bad experience with a Carol through school. Of course i do get that sometimes. :rotfl:

I figure he can wear it 3 times if we go to Palo, but 3 suitable dresses for me? :faint:

Angie - sounds like some great choices!
I am trying to switch mine up...of course we'll only be there the 7th and 8th....but I am switching the party night to the 7th to get a small discount. And then I think on the 8th we are going to DTD, let DD go to BBB then hang out, eat dinner and get our vacation started!! (read: party!)

What exactly is Bibbity Boppity Boo??

Bibbidity Bopidity Boutique Real neat salon type place they've created for little girls (think under 7). They fix their hair/nails/do makeup. The girls then can buy dresses. This is all in the World of Disney store where the wall of stuffed animals used to be. (over by the bathrooms).

SHame my DD is too old....

It's the boutique inside DTD...we went on the 4th of July and Samantha loved it. We did the basic $35 package and it was amazing!! We booked the whole she bang for her birthday in Oct...and passholders get 10% off - which I FORGOT to use!! But I am thinking of using the December one as a bribe - we'll go early evening on the 8th and she can get spiffed up and then we'll hit DTD for some dinner and shopping before the cruise....but this is not set in stone. If I can get my sis to come babysit then DH and I can hit PI or Jellyrolls or something!
