AWWWW!!!! How sweet of you guys for thinking of me. :goodvibes :lmao:

And January is a cheap month to cruise, now it would all depend on Mike and school, woo hoo.

Good morning, Geeks! Sounds like John, Amy and Sophia are enjoying their beach vacation with Lisa and family.

Very strange (but NICE) weather for July around here... highs around 80, breezy, no humidity... this does not happen in July! We'll enjoy it, though.

I agree Marielle!!! Yesterday was amazing!!! DH changed the oil in the car and van then mowed grass, pulled weeds, the kids played outside all morning. It was a great day!!! We actually skipped church..shhhh!!! We NEVER skip church!!!

We went to a wedding and reception on Saturday night and had an overnight babysitter. The wedding was in Elysburg so we left the reception early. She is a friend from work and I was her only coworker invited...we did not know anyone other than the bride and each other!!! We planned on leaving early so we had clothing packed. Anyway, we went to Knoebles and rode some big nonkiddie rides!!! We had an awesome date night!

We decided to sleep in....so we did!!!! :cloud9:

Brandi - how fun to sneak away for a date!

Lisa - :grouphug: so good to hear from you again! Good job on the laptop! Have a great vacation week!

PJ - DrHug loves Dec cruises, but I bet it will be easy to convince him to do Jan with you all! We did cruise in Jan once with my step-sis and it was a great time to go.

Good morning Geeks! Hope you all have a fabulous week!

DH and I snuck away for a date night on Friday and went to a restaurant called Spataro, which reminds me of Palo, but of course, is not the same.... open kitchen, Italian food, lots of waiters... but a icky view of the street out front and the capitol building somewhere in the background. Not quite the sunset view and the sway of the boat...

Oh it's good to be back in the real world...if only for a short time. We went to Tarjay and happened to walk through the boy's clothes. Wranglers on sale for $3.xx!!!! I bought William 5 pairs in the next size up and whatever they had above that for a couple sizes. :) There were only a couple each. Hopefully they will be at the other school & need uniforms next year...should find out in the next week or so if we are going to have to fight harder for it or not.

Hi guys, trying to get to bed before we leave for the beach tomorrow. Hopefully I will get net access and can talk down there . . .

Alex is fine in London - He walked by where the car was found at about 9:00 last night. He is probably on their surveillance camera.

He went to Wimbledon today, went to see Spamalot with a couple of Canadians he met, who then corrupted him into having a few "pints" at a local pub (what's up with that PJ?).

Anyway, need to get to bed, if I don't get to talk, I will miss you guys!

SInce John can't post at the beach, I forgot to update you that he had talked to Alex yesterday. At the time he hadn't heard about the bombing at the airport yet, so he was OK, although he had thought about going there.

Brack, the magic dates are check-in December 6, check out December 9th. I wanted to see my Geeks! At the worst I will book a room at a value, will just save a little extra each month and hope for a code, paying for a room actually makes my head hurt. Never realized just how much DVC was saving me, lol.

PJ, I don't think that we have a couch in a studio but if we did...it would be yours. :) I will tell John & Amy when we see them tomorrow. They will be there the exact days you will. We are going to stay there 5-8 and are looking into getting a room 1-4 too. :)

OY!!! It will depend on school. If they change the start back to 8/5 the kids will be missing 3 weeks for the repo that year. Also, if William is moved up to 4th this year the work might be more challenging for him being in 5th that year. We are going to have to see what happens this year. We will definitely move the dummy date to that one though. :)

Lisa, if you are at any resort except okw then the kids will be on the sofa, lol.
John, forgot that sophia would need the sofa at BCV too, lol. Fingers are crossed I think something will open up, I have four choices on the waitlist so it looks good.

Well darn! We have the air mattress if that will help out. Maybe I can convince Mike to sleep on the sofa with William. We couldn't put both of the kids in the same bed...it would get ugly...all the my side & line stuff you know. ;)

We've cruised four times in January and love it. We have planned a cruise for the first week of January 2009 with some friends.

Hey guys . . .

Amy and I are at Ben and Jerry's using their free Wi-Fi. Weather has been really nice - sunny and not too hot. Met up with Lisa yesterday, and she is coming down again tomorrow with the kids.

Hope all is well with everyone.

I was wondering if you would drive down to McD's when I saw the WiFi sign in the window. :)

Hey,

All of a sudden, someone's net access here is letting me on!

This is the email we got from Alex . . .

Hey, just wanted to see how it was going but didn't want to call. I went to see "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)" today, it was really funny. Also went out to celebrate Canada Day tonight because its their independence day today, that was a good time at the one Canadian pub in London, it was crazy there but I met some nice people there and went therw with AJ (Aniceto), who is from Edmonton and who I've been hanging out with the past few days, so it was a good time overall. Talk to you later, I'll email you guys tomorrow if I get the chance.
From London,
Alex

Alex has now seen Spamalot, Avenue Q, and now this show. What a life . . .

No, at worst, you will sleep on our couch, and Sophia can sleep with us.
