Not me! I'm home for the afternoon because I had an appt with my podiatrist this afternoon. Golly! I'm an old lady, I have a podiatrist and she knows me well!
She is a Disney fan too! I don't mind going to see her because we talk Disney while she pokes around down there.
Zpak and on my way. I stopped by the ped's office to see if DS could be seen & they fit him in after school. He is on Zith too. I really hope that this gets rid of the infection that the allergies have caused both of us. Well, I have spent the morning dealing with this crud that DS & I have been dealing with. I went to the doctor & as soon as she walked into the room she was surprised to find out that I was the one making all the racket. My voice was gone but I could still cough to get someone's attention if I needed to.Zpak and on my way. I stopped by the ped's office to see if DS could be seen & they fit him in after school. My foot pedal is due tomorrow so I hope to complete that training ASAP and get on the schedule to get some experience before the work drops off for the summer.

Good morning everyone!
Just a little update on my household... Sarah fell off a chair the other night and broke her wrist. It's a hairline fracture on the end of her right radius. We're waiting for the othopedist to call and schedule her casting (she has a brace w/ace wrap right now). She'll be in a cast for 3 weeks -- I need to find out about a waterproof one as we are in full swim season now. She also has a dance recital on Saturday so we're not sure if she can or will want to perform...
May you guys never experience hearing that kind of blood curdling scream from your kids....
Hugs for her!
Makes me want to cry just thinking about it.
Lisa, If you're as sick as you sound, (i think i hear the coughing from MD),
Then your Dr should be giving you something definately stronger than a zpak...
i think they have over the counter meds stronger than that stuff.
Try adding mucinex too... (just the guarfesinin kind) (The mucinex really helped me when i had that bronchial yick back in Jan.)
15 more days before school gets out for the summer. I have to get better so I can get that massage they gave me for my birthday before then!

I am so sorry that you & poor Sarah are going thru this.
I can relate since William had to wear the cast/splint for a week after his fall Easter Sunday getting down from the trampoline. He didn't break anything but a twig punctured his hand at the base of his thumb and had to be removed. They needed to immobilize the hand because of the location of the wound. Is it her writing hand? How terrible that she might miss the recital. I hope that she feels up to at least walking thru it. It will be very memorable. One boy had a decorated sling on at First Communion last week.

OK, what are we down to - like a post every 24 hours?
The thread is moving like a glacier lately!

Yes I do, but the memory is fading . . .
