I know everyone's moved on but I do have another story.

I went to the Dr. this week complaining of ringing in my ears and waxy build up in one ear.

He said the ringing was probably permanent.

He "irrigated" the ear that has waxy build up. It wasn't until he cleaned out all the wax that he was able to see I had an ear infection. That is causing the ringing.


Ewww. Yuk!

Yes, I get that much earwax.

I thought our money was about the same right now, what is it at?

For all of May we were pretty steady at around .91 USD (1.10 cad for each usd) for every Canadian dollar. In the last week we have dropped to .88/.89 USD for every Canadian dollar, or 1.13 CAD to buy or pay for a USD, plus since I am paying on CC for the cruise, an additional .02 per dollar.

Penny - when DH & I went to Nova Scotia & NB the exchange rate surprised us. We had booked the B&Bs expecting that the price listed was in USD. It was nice to get a bill that was less than what we thought it would be...though that meant that it wasn't good for you. That was in August 1994. Fantastic trip!
