12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 2

I am officially obsessed! I don't usually remember dreams, but last night I had a very nice one. DrHug and I were at a VERY nice resort (did not recognize it of course) prior to a Disney Cruise. There were DIS people everywhere as we were all staying at the same resort. We were having a great time meeting folks, but I woke up before we left for the ship.

UGH! I am wiped out. Something got ahold of me Wednesday night while I was sleeping & I have been miserable since. Niquel helped me to sleep last night but I still have the burning cough this morning. All I really want to do is go back to bed. WAH!!! Anyhow, I am sitting here trying to decide what to do about this yard sale tomorrow. It is suppose to rain starting this afternoon all thru the weekend on & off. I don't feel like sitting out in the rain...but what if it doesn't. OY! I wish that we had a sunny forcast. I could just load up the van with all the boxes now...it is at the school.

Lisa, Pixie Dust your way! Sounds like you got the bug the kids had. Just go back to bed and get some rest.

Angie, me thinks it DrHug's heat that is making you dream of being in Florida, .

Lisa take the night off, order in and then have a cuddle night in front of the TV with the kids, (that is if they will join you,) and rest.

(hey did you know when writing a post in advance mode, you can see the pervious posts by scrolling down, I knew that way back when, but with all my quick posts I had forgotten that. No more posts without names .)

GoofyFD, are you going to join us for the Survivor night on the ship? We should ask Diversions to show it on the big screen. It should be one of the last episodes for the fall season. I am glad Shane recieved time with his son, but I am glad he is gone, he was coasting big time.

John, we paid a single fee each year (starting in High school,) about $75.00 for activites and yearbook. Next year my niece will pay about $250.00 for any and all activities they join (my niece will want to do band and soccer), pictures and yearbook, they do it as an all in to ensure enough funds for all the activites etc.

Oiy!! I haven't been on for a while and it looks like I have quite a bit of reading to do!!

Wow! I had no idea there were schools where the kids had to play to participate in activities and sports! What a bummer that situation is. Our property taxes also pay for the schools while the state has a freeze on the amount of money they contribute with no end in site. We also have an interesting local issue with our HS. It is regionalized and one of the regions wants to go to a "pay per student" status. They feel they are paying way to much as they have less students that the township in the school. I say tough! It is not about how many students you are sending, but spreading the burden around regardless.

OH MY GOSH!!! As the page was refreshing I noticed that my self given tag was now red!!!! I've been officially tagged with another one too. WOW! The tag fairy reads our cruise meets thread. THANK YOU!!!

We have the two tropical Disney outfits too, but mine has SHRUNK!!

It must be the material because mine has shrunk also.

DrHug just walked in the room and I got hot and sweaty. He thinks it's his presence, I think it is a hot flash! Whew! It's hot in here!

I understand completely. I have been here at camp since Tuesday and can't go home until Sunday afternoon. Annette just called and I got all flushed. It's a little embarrasing to make "kissing" sounds in the main camp office with all these people around ......

Brack - you always crack me up! Kissy sounds!!!! I write messages on my husbands breakfast sandwich foil. I asked if the guys tease him and he said no but that I should write some "hot" messages every now and then, that would really fire them up!

I wasn't sure if I should get my hubby the XXL or the XL hawaiian shirt. Now I know that I will go with the XXL. Since we have been dieting he lost 35 pounds. Now he looks great in XL but if it will shrink I want to be sure that it will fit him!
