John and Amy....you know, I told Samantha about the next cruise....and her moving up to the 5-7's...she immediately asked where "her Sophie" was going to be and can she watch the parade with her again....(I know the parks not the cruise) and to tell "her (well in her words "my") Sophie" that I am now in the "Bear" room at school, the one before kindergarten..."cuz, I'm growing up mom"...

Whenever we mention Samantha, Sophia gets a big smile on her face!!

If DCL is going to Hawaii like everyone is saying. I don't care when everyone wants to go. I WILL MAKE IT WORK!!!! Of course, I will have to stay a week after, but HAWAII IS THE BEST!!!! November, December, January, February, March, April.... I mean is there really a bad month to go to HAWAII? NO! When I die, I want Steve to sprinkle my ashes on the Wailea beaches.

I'm there!!! Not when I am dead, but if the ship goes there!!

I am back but just barely!

We were gone 24 days, drove over 5,000 miles, cruised over 4,000 nautical miles and had the best vacation ever! Thanks to you all!

We are still not unpacked from the trip yet. Already we have to do a weekend retreat at camp. At least I hope to work on the photos (and get your jump drive mailed to you Lisa) this weekend.

I'll be back on soon .... I promise!:thumbsup2

Oh Brack!!!! Let me be the first to officially welcome you back!!!!! I missed you! My Dh and I really enjoyed talking to you and Annette on the crusie!!!!! WELCOME BACK!!!!!

After watching all of the Travel Channel Disney shows again over the holidays I think that I would like for us to go to Epcot before the cruise next year. The Santas around the world looked very nice and so did the candlelight procession. We have seen illuminations many times from outside the park so it would be nice to see it up close. PJ, do they do the holiday show every night in December?

The Santa's were neat. We saw a few on this trip. We love EPCOT!!! Even the kids...well Liza doesn't have a say...not yet anyway!

Welcome back, Brack! Glad to hear that you had such a nice vacation. It was wonderful to meet you & Annette. We are looking forward to cruising with you again next December. :)

Lisa,

This is going to seem like a really really strange question, but I swear there are good reasons behind it. Can I pay for my cruise in full except for about $100 and still switch it to DU?

Kim

Angie,

Steve has a conference in Disneyland in May so we are going then. I would love to go in Feb. too, but I think I would be pushing my luck, and my husband.

Kim

You probably could. ??? Have you checked into AAA yet?

Lisa,

You MIL does not look well. Has she been doing better?

Not really. They are going to put her on chemo again in another couple weeks. Her kidney has no blood flow now so that can't be good. Her drainage tube from the kidney got stopped up twice when we were there, which makes her very ill. FIL has to flush it out & reinstall a new one at the cut off valve.

AAA has a better credit than DU right now Kim.

Lisa - the pics are great...was the castle wrapped? Santa brought that for Samantha last year and let me tell, Santa and his snoozing elf were up late setting it all up!! This year was not much better....Santa will bring things that require no assembly in the future!

Yes, everything was wrapped. It wasn't under the tree though & she did say Where is the.... but didn't finish it. There was a note from Santa under the last gift that told her he didn't forget what she wanted the most. He gave her clues & she found it in the stair closet. :) She was SO excited! All of the twist ties were taken off so that she just had to take it out & play with it though. ;)

Vanessa, is it a percentage or flat rate. We have AAA so I am just trying to figure out what the best option is. I am on there site now, but no info on suites.

If Santa brings those kinds of toys, give me his number so he can do the same here. Never happens.

You know what is the worst? That EVIL wire that they hold all toys in place with, each requiring about 17 strands of wire so that they are held in place just so. Add to that the impregnable hard clear plastic, and Christmas morning is one frustrating time!

One post for me, and I need to get Sophia off to bed. She was Miss Grumpy this morning from not enough sleep.

Night guys.
