12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 14

Well to be totally fair I also considering packing another pair of dressy shoes for dinners, another pair of sandals and some boots. So I guess I followed the packing rule here!

I knew there was something I was forgetting.....the boots!

Why does DH ask me where I am going when I say I am going out to do errands. Does he need me to get something? Is he worried I won't come back? Is he going to go do all of this for me? I don't know where I am going specifically. It depends on many variables. I have options based on crowds, parking, how I feel etc. I know I'll eventually end up at Target but since they close at 11P I don't need to rush. I have a list of things to do.

Maybe he thinks you will be driving the 2 hours to the 24 hour LL Bean?

I am stressing because we usually have about 3-4 changes of clothes a day

Morning clothes
Pool clothes
Dinner clothes
After-dinner (drinking) clothes

Us, too - but I'm not stressing anymore - I made out a little chart/list thing and then just packed by that.
same here on the changes/day - day wear/dinner wear/after dinner wear - pool clothes separate (not 1 for each day in other words)

2 dress sandals - black and tan
beach sandals
flip flops for around the ship
sneakers (wearing down for MGM and Ruins tour)
casual (keds-type) tennies
I think that's it...

I am just not a huge shoe person. Although maybe I should bring at least that extra pair of sandals.....

I didn't realize there was a show the first night. There's a variety show the second night also, isn't there?

I'm excited to see all of the Magic specific stuff. It's all going to be new to us. Isn't there a goodbye thing as well. I don't recall that being on the Wonder.

My brain has lost all of the information I sucked in months ago from the navigators. I'm in shut down mode. I can't absorb any more information. I just want to get my office work completed,clothes washed and at least DD packed. After that I feel like I am just going to crash.

It's funny that I haven't cruised yet but because of the DIS boards I immediately knew this was Marco from Palo.

Isn't it Marco from Polo? ok, maybe not..

It is the Cannon S3 IS. I really love it and I think it takes great pictures so far.

The pictures are beautiful! Great camera.

When we got to the parade spot, about 4:45, there was an empty chair next to us. Lots of people line up with chairs. No problem. About 15 minutes later, a lady shows up and sits in the chair. Ok. The kids were searching for people they knew and a friend of mine found us so we were chatting while the girls talked with her DD. About 15 minutes later, 3 other girls, women, not sure, came up and stood next to the chair and in front of me where my DDs had been standing. Ummm, excuse me, my little DDs are standing there....

OH I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS!!!!!
