I'm definately stopping at DTD now!! :Pinkbounc

I am going to check out the Disney store at the airport.

Can someone who is arriving in Orlando next weekend let us know how many types of these Santa hats they have or do we need to go to WDW?

thanks.

PJ? Mum?

Morning Everyone!

I am actually at home today. I feel absolutely miserable and it takes all of my energy to just walk across the room. I had to walk in here to get some more Kleenex so I decided to sit down and DIS for a few minutes until I have enough energy to walk back to the couch. :sad2:

I don't have a clue what is wrong with me but I have fever, sore throat, congestion, ear pain, headache, general body aches, etc.. and I am starting to wonder if I am getting the flu. I really hope not because I NEED to be better in 10 days when we leave. Plus, I don't want to give this to anyone else in the family.

Hey Brandi...you'll be twins with my DD then.... (She's had her dress for about a month now) She has two dresses though... Which night do you want to where yours? (i'll try to push her towards semi-formal night unless you want that one)
I was thinking semi-formal but I have a black velvet dress I can wear that night. I can wear mine on a general evening. Let me know when she wants to wear it. When I tried it on I said to the lady...am I too old for this dress. She laughed and said no way. I hope Devin isn't bummed that an "old lady" is wearing her dress. I know how touchy teens can be!

are we having some kind of official DIS departure ceremony for those leaving for the World and exiting the boards prior to the cruise?

any ideas?

this sounds like a plan to hit 70,000. We could all post a good bye as they leave us!!!

We are back at home....finally. It has been a really long day. I don't know how much I will be able to catch up but I will try so excuse me while I respond to posts from 100 pages ago.

Unfortunately both DS and I are sick right now but hopefully now that we are back home we will start feeling better. At least we will sleep better in our own beds.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Welcome back Becka...you've been missed!!

That would be fun...but we are going with a huge group from our church!!! This Wednesday is free Hershey Park ticket night. Every person who goes to the Hockey Game gets a free park pass! The youth group (and lots of others) go from our church. Then the youth group goes for their free day together at the park.

You guys sure did heap some abuse on me when I was gone. :sad2: Maybe that is why I am now so sick.

:grouphug: I hate to say this sweetie...but it does sound like the flu. Lots of liquids and plenty of rest.

Missy - can you give me an idea of what looks good in Animator's Palate in terms of the color scheme and taking family pics? is a neutral dress better - black or white?

help - all you photographer's out there. is it better to wear black as the color's appear in AP or white?

thanks.

I honestly don't worry about it. We have had formal, casual, and pirate/tropical night in each of the dining rooms. I dress more for the theme that night than the dining room.

It has been tough keeping up lately. I know that I have been very busy getting ready for Christmas, cruise, cantata, and everything else!

This week is parent/teacher conference and we just realized no school - so what are we going to do with DD during the conference. :confused3

Here, the children can sit just outside the door in the hallway if you need to.

I agree with Lisa on this one. Dress the theme not the Dining Room!
