Good morning all! The kids are ready to go to school & we are just waiting until they can go straight to their classrooms. DD doesn't like waiting in the hall in line.

NJ is good for a quick weekend trip....but I am still a total OBX fan.

We love Cape May - we went for years before we had the kids. Great restaurants, shopping, bird watching, beaching. There's just the right amount of things to do to really enjoy day and night.

But it did once take me 7 hours to get home to north jersey - about 160 miles - UGH.

It is a black strapless dress. There are 3 ribbons around it that are light blue. It flows out from the waist. Around the bottom there is some crinolyn stuff sticking out with the same shade of blue edging.

Hey Brandi...you'll be twins with my DD then.... (She's had her dress for about a month now) She has two dresses though... Which night do you want to where yours? (i'll try to push her towards semi-formal night unless you want that one)

We are back at home....finally. It has been a really long day. I don't know how much I will be able to catch up but I will try so excuse me while I respond to posts from 100 pages ago.

Unfortunately both DS and I are sick right now but hopefully now that we are back home we will start feeling better. At least we will sleep better in our own beds.

I am going to go through DD's stuff she picked out for the cruise. we tried on dresses yesterday. I swear she looks so grown up in the formal and semi formal. we found another semi formal that she wants to wear to AP. Do we know what the rotation is yet? talk with you all later.

Missy - can you give me an idea of what looks good in Animator's Palate in terms of the color scheme and taking family pics? is a neutral dress better - black or white?

help - all you photographer's out there. is it better to wear black as the color's appear in AP or white?

I am really looking forward to being on the ship because that is the best sleep that I get all year. IDK if it is the rocking of the waves but I don't wake up all night and I am asleep a couple seconds after my head hits the pillows. The beds are so comfy too!

now can someone tell me what toiletries they provide - lotion and conditioner? or just shampoo?
