They look something like this, but I'm not sure if this is the ones or not. They are soooo comfortable!

Those are cute!! I don't think I could spend that kind of money on any shoe though. :rolleyes1

John, I think I may back away from getting the Rebel right now. I think I would be mch too worried about something happening to it on the cruise. I think I will just go with a small point and shot camera for now. Any suggestions? :teeth:

Caroline,

PJ is very happy with her camera - I can't remember the model. It is a Canon too though.

PJ?

Lisa,

I hate things between my toes too! You go girl!

My parents took DD this weekend because they said we looked like the walking dead. Really nice of them, but I am starting to get a complex.

Maybe it is that I am now on day 18 of 28 days of antibotics....

Anyway, we saw stranger than fiction last night. Great movie! Loved it!!!

I cannot wait to be warm again! If it is cold on this cruise, I may need sedation. How much is the doc on the ship?

Kim

What happened to Brandi?

Is her phone line out?

Is she having a movie weekend?

Brandi . . . . . . .

Posty Queen . . . . .

Where are you . . . . .

It sounds like you need to order a trash container & a storage trailer to haul what you can donate to GW & the trash to the dump. It will be scary opening some of those boxes after that long. Do you remember what I found at my MIL's a few years ago when I cleaned there? Lots of expired meds & HBA products along with candy....the big pepermint sticks that had started to carmelize & chocolate covered marshmellow eggs that looked more like fire starters or cat mess than what they use to be. :sad2: They moved there in 87 and just unloaded the boxes. These boxes were in the corner of the dining room area. I unpacked them in 2003. UGH!
We do have a huge trash container here now. Filling that thing up is what DrHug had me doing today. :sad2:

Amazon has the XT for $650 and the XTi for $815.

Isn't it hard to lug around with the lens?

Decisions decisions...

John,

I had to show DH your banana pic. I laughed so hard! I said, look this guy is the VP of a huge grocery store and an attorney. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Then I told him you were sophia's dad and he said, oh now I understand, he has a six year old girl and will wear anything she asks him to wear,,,,

Oh, BTW . . . passed 3,000 posts now . . . I think I had about 700 when I started posting here.

700 in five years, and 2,300 in the last year!

And Kim, no matter how cold it is, I think it will be warm to us!

Caroline,

It IS harder to carry around than just a compact camera, and can be harder depending on the lens. We have two cameras . . . a Canon Digital Elph for convenience and portability, and the Rebel XT when I don't mind lugging the bigger camera for better quality and flexibility.

I do lug the XT around WDW all day with me though. I have a Lowepro case that is just big enough for the camera and lens, and strap it over my shoulder. I get by OK.

Did you and Lisa just PM each other before the last cruise? ;)

Oh great Kim . . .

This will be like one of those viral things on the internet, and before I know it, the owner of our company will be asking "what is this banana thing all about", and our employees will be posting the picture in the stores . . .

I won't say a word. I'm not bringing it up to DD because it's a Christmas surprise so I'm more than happy keeping hushed about it. ;)

DH bought the XT, or maybe the XTi, I really don't know which... but he also bought 2 stabalizer lenses and some special battery pack things and so many other things for the camera that the camera bag now weighs a LOT! I'm not looking forward to seeing him lug that thing around everywhere.

I think our last cruise did maybe 3,000 posts?

We thought that was a lot?
