Back from a Tastefully Simple party (another one of those sale parties) but lots of yummy food to try!

I missed the one I was invited to because I was away. I did have that beer bread and I want to order some that stuff was fabulous.

Hope you all slow down this weekend so I can catch up... was busy at work today... then got home, was going to take DS to the optometrist, and DH fell down the stairs, tumbling and landing on his hand... so we hopped in the car and went to emergency instead. He's got it in a fiberglass splint... will have to wait a few days to see if he tore the ligament or just sprained it. He is so bummed because he's scheduled to golf on the Magnolia (or is it the Palm) course on the 7th.... he and his friend Keith have been salivating for this opportunity to golf world-class all year....

Marielle - it is now 3:12...I've had 3 bloody noses...they are all still awake...I wish I had read your suggestion about 8 hours ago. i sure could have used some wine and hot tub. And hey - I could have slipped in AFTER the parents left.

Thanks for asking....so far so good. My dr did some blood work and had lots of ideas, but I didn't have all the symptoms of everything he went over...so we'll see next week....I am hoping no news is good news and I haevn't had anything come back so I really think it may be how I was sleeping and sitting.

V - I couldn't really chat in chat....

....sounds like nothing serious...but strange about the sitting and sleeping. Never head that...so is it like a circulation thing?

3 bloody noses for 6 boys means that each boy on average got .5 bloody noses and if they continue they will be a bloody pirate in ......

I am hoping I can avoid this whole thing. Are sleepovers in the mother's manual?

I'm ready to go for 1 or 2 - but 6 boys? ugh. Maybe the girls can go to a hotel and dad can take over?

I hope he is ok. and it sounds very lucky that he didn't hit his head.
Keep him in a chair until the cruise - no more accidents.

This is one of worst nightmares - I always think I will fall when hubby is away or one of the kids will. We have wooden stairs and everyone runs around in slippery socks.
