You know what I said about Brandi being the iPod post child - well now I'm catching up reading backwards and came to Dennis' posts. Add him to the list - they can dance in silhouette together! When I read your posts I hear that Roberta Flack song playing, wind blowing and you guys running towards your iPods.

The cool thing is everytime Apple comes out with new versions you get that same feeling if you happen to purchase it. How cool is that?!

Yes sit down breakfest too stuffy for us too....

We like to take breakfest outside... DH loves the chocolate mickey waffles...

We do enjoy a sit down breakfast sometimes on sea days. Variety is the spice of life, you know!

Work calls. Grrrr don't they realize I have days of catching up. that is SO annoying! Work just interferes with everything!

I have a simple question. I have not found anything to bring to give to people. do you think it would be a stupid idea to make name tags for everyone? I was thinking of putting the logo on our website on one side and on the other the persons first name and their screen name. I wasn't sure if this was something others would find useful. Also, would people have a problem with having name tags on their children? I know there has been some discussion about putting it on the door signs but this is different. Let me know how y'all feel about this. I just can't seem to find something to share but really have enjoyed chatting with everyone and would love to figure out who everyone is.

Actually DH is more into fantasy than sci-fi I suppose but I don't like either so I have never really taken the time to figure out the difference.

Tuesday....I think John has a game tonight. They should be in the playoffs now, or else position night or something. I can't keep up anymore. I keep yawning at my desk. I could close my door and just go to sleep. Pretty soon we will be under 20 days!

Wow - I just talked to John - they are the loser so they could play three games tonight for the league champion! Yowzer....But it is the last game of the season. He said they play the first game against the team from last week that just kept rocking home runs. There is a limit...three and then they are outs until the opposing team hits one out then you go one and one....but now they have juiced bats...it's amazing. But the HR rule kind of helps with that.

I went to the gym for lunch and while I was jogging/walking I was watching the View...Rosie is so domineering...I wonder how the other girls really feel about her. I mean the camera is always on her. Always. It's kind of annoying and man, she and Elizabeth don't get along too well.

I think name tags would be helpful...I have been pretty lazy on learning names. I know the cruisers from last year...and a few others but other than that I may need to carry around Lisa's manifest and call out usernames.

That sounds like a great idea to me. A lot of work though. AND, anyone who is uncomfortable would not have to wear a name tag all of the time, or never, if that was their wish. I would like to have one. Thanks for the thought. (And that way I could remember who I am).

Lucky me I find the problem within 10 minutes because once again I WAS THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE PROBLEM!!! I had made changes to the system to add some new state withholding fields on November 1st. I made the changes in test but I never got all of them copied to production! For the second time that day I look like an idiot. I manage to get it fixed and I have to have HR got into the error correction screen and manually update some records. After making my changes in production I finally get one error shot to run correctly and it is almost 2 PM.

Becka - so sorry you day went so bad. Hugs!!

I was just reading all of the bios, since I , er, uh, haven't checked them out in forever. Angie e-mailed the link to me so I could read it on the other computer. We aren't networked. Anyway....what a great group of people we have here. Wow! Tons of talent. DISville USA. School colors: Lime Green and Banana Yellow. Team name: The Limeys. School Song: It's a Small World, played as a March. LOL. Anyway, it is a pleasure to be able to associate with such a wonderful bunch. Thank You All.

I agree they are helpful with this large of a group. DrHug and I are old and memories do fade... Wearing them when we are together as groups would be really helpful to me. Name/DISname/face. Yep good idea!
