12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 11

I left here at noon and ran a few errands then ended up at work. My friend got her just before 2 so we stopped by a Chinese buffet place for lunch (I did pretty good there - a little splurge but not too bad). Then we went to Lane Bryant (thanks for the coupon PJ) where I bought a new pair of black pants, two tanks, a sweater and a jacket. We then went to Kohls since we both had gift certificates to use and I bought an Ariel doll for DD for Christmas and a Cars themed hat and gloves for DS since his Power Rangers ones are missing.

We then stopped to pick up my engagement/wedding ring which was being resized and soddered together and cleaned. We then stopped by Toy R Us where I got Nathan the big Power Ranger megazord he wanted and the Diego 4x4 Jeep toy. I got DD some really cute Princess slippers and a big stuffed Dora. I am over halfway finished Christmas shopping for the kids so that is a very good thing!

Tomorrow I have to pull out the suitcases and start moving stuff from the boxes to the actual suitcases. I need to develop a plan of action...I am fairly certain it will require a new spreadsheet!

If I didn't have to go to my MIL's for Thanksgiving I'd visit for the cranberry relish. I'll have to get my DW to make me some WW style,

Have her use Splenda, it works out great! My DM is dibetic and we do sugar free for her.

I'm not responsible for making anything this Thanksgiving... on the day before we'll have the 10-hour (or more with traffic) drive with 6 people (BIL is riding with us), 2 dogs and all our stuff in the van.

We have also always done Topsiders. I like to be outside. If it is raining or really cold this time we will try parrot cay. Otherwise we are going to Topsiders.

We have to travel to Cumberland, Maryland for church in the morning. It's about a three hour drive one way. It's Men's Sunday there and I'm the guest. We'll need to leave about 6:30AM.

JoJo gets to travel with us again because it is a long day.

My day involved taking DD to the barn...Then DH and i took Abby over to one of the dog parks in the area. There were 3-4 other dogs there and she had lots of fun running around. Then we drove back to Frederick to go to the Post Office. (since when did they decide that they weren't federal employees. They had took today off. OY! So now i have to lug my package back there on Monday....

Then we took Abby to the dog wash....I don't know who really had the bath...us or her

But now she's clean..smells good...and has her nails trimmed

We came home afterwards and caught a mid-day nap....woke up in time to go pick DD up.

Did some shopping...went to dog store for Casey's food. (Abby won't need hers for about another couple weeks.)

Had pancakes for dinner. Yum...
