I went into the school this morning. I found the Assistant Principal, who took the report and asked him what happened. His report was that he took disciplinary action and that it would not happen again. I made sure to ask if the kid had a history of this kind of thing or a history bullying or even if their was something particular with DD....he said, no, it was the first incident with this kid. I guess that's a good thing...maybe he was testing his limits and was put in his place. I'll keep up with DD and see if she has any more incidents with this kid...they often return for revenge, even to make a smart-donkey comment about being told on...
The good thing was it was the Assistant Principal...he is about the most level headed person there and seems to be the only person who is willing to deal with anything...even the snivling little principal doesn't show any willing ness to get the job done...
We'll see....DD didn't seem bothered by the whole thing, it was just a matter-of-fact kind of thing when she told me in the first place...
