It was our first and last time at LeCellier. we just laugh about it now. even that night we did.

Jenn ... I cant remember.. where are you staying?

I think we decided we are more or less going to spend most of the day on the ship when we go to St Thomas. we want to do lunch in the dining room, take advantage of the near empty pools!

Well thats too bad glad you can laugh about it We are staying at All Star Movies Abby's Favorite place lol I would prefer Coronado Springs or Port Orleans but since we are surprising her we went with her favorite.

We were thinking the same thing we really dont want to be on an island with that many people. Unless Scott decides he wants to get off the ship we are staying on too We have never done that before and would like to see what its like. Abby thinks it will be cool but all her new friends will be off the ship LOL So it will be a nice family day.

Wow I really hope my Le Cellier experience isnt bad I really have enjoyed the place. Now Im a little nervous LOL. Oh well it will be easier to give up when it becomes 2 credits next year if it is bad. That way I dont have to worry what else I have to give up to get Le Cellier. Still hoping it is good though of course

never stayed at the Pop or Coronado. (love this hotel, but it only sleeps 4 people.) dont think any of my kids want to sleep in the car.

Thanks Pop is cool but crowded and Coronado is just amazing. No I dont think they want to sleep in the car, but it is Disney you never know they may take turns

Jenn - Don't worry about Le Cellier. Your experience may be wonderful - especially since (I think you said?) you have an EARLY ADR. I think some of the servers get frustrated as it gets into the evening and they want to keep the turnover going . . get the people in and out . . but at the same time they are slow with service because they get so busy.

It can also be like that on DCL if you do a sit-down lunch but walk in around 12:30 or close to 1, especially on sea days. This week, our service was excellent except for our final lunch on our last day (sea day), when the food and the service were both disappointing. Things can't be perfect all the time, but Disney comes close!

Thank you for the pep talk lol. We have reservations for 4pm I agree it can be that way any where, even Disney. I do feel bad for those poor workers at Le Cellier they must get so tired every day being so busy like it is.

Hey guys - It looks like I have to go grocery shopping this afternoon, so getting Duffy's pics edited and onto his site may be delayed a bit. However, the totally UNEDITED Duffy photos may be found HERE on his Photoshop album. I'll be spending time later adjusting brightness, perhaps cropping, etc.

It's so crazy that I still feel like I am on the ship. Haven't got my land legs yet - lol. Usually that doesn't happen to me after such a short cruise.

Did you notice they usually gave him his own booster seat and drink? They gave him a kids menu and asked him if he wanted to order from that, but he preferred the adult menu.

Honestly, he got a lot more attention than I did - lol. Everyone had read about him in the latest company newsletter (Eyes & Ears), but no one there had seen him yet. So Duffy's sudden appearance surprised them. A lot of guests asked me where they could get one, especially when they found out that DCL will be selling his merchandise in the near future. With all the Duffy promo work I did on this cruise, you'd think I'd earn a free cruise, huh? Wishful thinking.

Naw . . working for Disney (for money - lol) might kill the magic for me. It's much better this way.

I am finding myself bogged down with too many chores here at home as well as an impossible amount of email to attend to, so I went ahead and also put Duffy's still unedited pics on a journal page of his website HERE. This is also where his trip report/journal will go, as soon as I get around to it. I still have to unpack, do laundry and repack for our 'munk cruise. Duffy is thinking of becoming a stowaway, but my 'munks are telling him to hibernate in December.

8 weeks tommorow, we will be sailing away. Getting lots of stuff gathered. Our spare bedroom has become Disney Central. I get something and it get tossed into the "Disney Box" I need to start putting away summer clothes and I guess pack them for the trip. Do you still think it will be warm enough for shorts? Got to get finished on the FE gifts. Cant wait, this is a big group, will be lots of fun.

I know a little while back someone was going to WDW for a few days and asked about the water parks.... I am just finally remembering.

Our family prefers Blizzard beach. The wave pool was awesome and their lazy river was more relaxing. (and when you are floating, you pass by and get the smell of the fresh cooked donuts.)

we went from the 90's to the 70s... now we are in the 80's. I am still not used to the leaves not changing yet.
