Just booked our hotel room for Friday night! We are staying at the Residence Inn in Cocoa Beach. (gotta love free hotel points!)

We are staying at AKL (dvc) after the cruise!! and doing 2 days at MK and DHS. ( Johns brother will be at MK with us too!)

It was the 180 mark today for our Feb trip. Got all the ADRs we were hoping for, including the crazy popular LeCellier reservation. We are taking David's parents on this trip, so wanted to take them to our home pavilion. Oh Canada!!!

Only a few more days for our 90 day mark, hope everyone gets the reservations they are hoping for

We went to our first Food and Wine last year, LOVED it, so much to do, see, eat and drink

Going October 28th - Nov 1 Starship will be there, cool but not a definite for me. We will be celebrating my Birthday there. And so happy we received the Halloween Party tickets for Halloween night today in the mail!!

Wish it were only 23 more days for us too LOL But hope you have a great time there!! are you doing the Halloween party?

We are totally surprising Abby with this trip she is on the count down for the cruise. So when we head to the airport about a month early she will be shocked lol. Cant wait to see her reaction. We are bringing one of her best friends with us. Its not easy keeping this a secret lol. But if it works it will be great!!

Jenn--we are going to the Halloween party on Sat nite. We have Magic Kingdom view from our room for Thurs nights fireworks!!

We surprised the younger 2 in May with a trip to WDW... they knew it was Florida by the direction of the highway.....it didnt take them long to figure it out !!

we had originally booked the Contemp as a surprise too for this trip, but that got changed!

John leaves for Brazil tonight until Saturday.

You are welcome! The fact that you were able to switch to Main dining this close to our sail date leads me to believe our cruise will be nowhere near full. Main is usually the most in demand due to the high number of guests with young children, and normally at this late date there would be a long waitlist.

I love MVMCP! It always puts me in the holiday spirit to see all the characters in their Christmas season attire and MK all decked out.

Ok, happy dance. We are paid in full. House hasn't sold yet, but we decided to go reg http://www.wdwinfo.com/images/smilies/banana.gifardless.

Had a bit of a fiasco with a travel agent. Met them networking and decided "hey I will help them out and transfer my reservation over' so I did yesterday and get an email from the saying "we are applying for our booking agent status..it will take a week or so"
Well that put me PAST the deadline to get the early reservations etc.
So I called Disney and basically they said if I pay and finalize before they get all their paperwork through it won't go through anyway. So that is what I did.

I feel a little bad, but they should have been upfront that they weren't set up to do the stuff right away and it would take a few weeks!

Anyway, we are middle of deck 7. Oceanviews were out of price range, but from the last cruise we were never in the room anyway. We are doing main dining, and fish extenders! Our DD will probably be in the kids club the entire week, she will almost be 8 at the time of the cruise.

I will start reading this more now that things are getting exciting. It was hard to be excited 2 years ago when we booked it LOL

fyi.. we paid a '112.00 fuel fee' 2 years ago. According to the lady at Disney if on Sept 17th the fuel price is BELOW $70 a barrel, we get that money in onboard credit. If over, we don't.
Did anyone else know about that?

Well Abby shouldnt figure it out until we hit the airport which is 2 1/2 hours from here so it should be fun to see what she says when we arrive at the airport. We have a cover story until about 3 exits before the airport lol.

Val - BeachPartyof3's cabin # 7567 (unless it has changed) is on our cruiser list, but yes, anyone who did not use our online form to sign-up for the list and is participating in the FE needs to PM you their email so you can contact them.

Val - Did you print in landscape mode? I know that when viewing it regular you need to click the email field for the entire address to show.

Val - Are you able to view the email addresses on your computer? Not sure what I can do about you not printing them, but you shouldn't need to print them anyway, only use them to contact those you don't have room numbers or confirmation on. I can post the final list on the website and participants can print from there. Would that work? N/A or GTY should have room assignment at least a couple of weeks prior to sailing, you think? Here is FE info I have, without any emails or number of participants in each room, as I don't know if just kids participating in some or everyone, etc.

It isn't too late. As posted on the FUN page of our site - Deadline is October 23rd. Val is in charge so you need to PM her your info. She can also answer whatever questions you may have, as can others here who have done the FE before.

I can change you to a "YES" for the FE on our cruiser list. Do you have an assigned stateroom number yet?

We usually try to do a small Disney or Cruise themed item like Pirate Tattoos, Disney Stickers, etc.. this year we my daughter suggested a really cool idea so we are trying somthing new. We like to keep it a surprise until we give them. But you can find cool things from oriental trading company. Pirate themed things really go well for pirate night. Or if you are crafty you could make something for the FE. But I'm not so we just buy our little prizes.

Since Capt. Tom is going to the Dream, who is our Capt. for the "Crusin' Nuts" cruise? I'm going to miss Capt. Tom...

Where are the Disney ships right now...any hampered by hurricane Earl? I know a lot of ships are being diverted from their regular schedules right now.

(I'm making my FEs...have about 31 completed...not telling what they are until the cruise but my kids love them!)
